Love the slim line microwave. Have downsized to a new home. Needed a smaller microwave. Works great. Fits well. Highly recommend.

Best Buy installed this microwave. They have an excellent install crew. No mess. No worries. They knew exactly what they were doing.

The two gentlemen were incredibly polite and helpful. They called to inform their estimated time of arrival and again when they were roughly 20 minutes away. I was not aware that they wouldn’t be able to install my electric range and I would need to hire another tradesman for an additional $1,000 to be able to use my range, but that was apparently a misrepresentation of services online and not the fault of the service techs. The microwave install was adequate, though the outlet was placed in a very awkward location inside a cabinet that causes the cord to come loose and the microwave to turn off frequently. The last disappointment I had was that the microwave was installed leaving two 3” gaps on either side from the old hood instead of one 6” gap that would have been easier/cheaper to install a filler cabinet. Now I need to try and make four 3” cabinets or spend more money to have the microwave rehung.

Professional service and on time delivery. I can always trust Best Buy to do a good job with the installation. Personnel is friendly and corteous.

Installation was a bear. Upon first delivery, it was discovered I needed an electrician to come out to adapt outlet and disconnect overhead exhaust wires. That was a $150 charge that could have been half the price, had I had prior notice. I had a home advisor come to my home to measure and make sure my options would work. He missed that one important detail. Every one of my 4 new kitchen appliances had issues going in, that cost me time and money. I have spoken with several representatives, who claim they would handle electrician bill…they don’t return phone calls or emails. That is probably 3-4 different representatives who have shown me they don’t care!!! Microwave is great now that it is in! I recommend the item, but not the customer service!!

Love my new microwave! Fit perfectly in the space under the cabinets where the fan was. Works great, no problems…

Guess it seems to work well. Have used the light more than anything. I'll get used to it. It is quite different from my other unit. Need to read the manual more and experiment a bit to get to know it better.

I didnt have to worry about playing for my install being a total tech member. Since it was a microwave it was a 3rd party installer, sometimes im hesitant with this type if service, but they did a great job, installed my microwave and rand hardline wire back up through the wall and put a outlet box up above the cabinet where the microwave was going, placed and installed it fast and looks and works great. They did a great job imo.

Install was quick and simple. I did question why the installers used the existing bracket. It was the same model microwave that stopped working but I still wanted all new replacements. It was sort of lazy for them to do that. I could be petty I guess.

Very good sized, nice looking and super easy to use.

Did a great job. Installed quickly and had me test it before he left. Cleaned up thoroughly. Perfect process, well worth the cost.

Eric, the Best Buy tech, did an excellent job of delivering and installing our new Whirlpool Microwave. He set to work quickly upon arrival, and was finished in a short amount of time. He was both efficient and friendly. On another positive note, he cleaned the work area when done and left the kitchen as neat as he found it. Well done, and thanks for the 5-star work.

This microwave fits perfect in my place and is perfect, especially since there was no microwave when I moved in!

The best buy microwave installers brought the microwave, removed the vent hood and hauled it away, then installed the new microwave. They tested it to make sure it was working correctly, along with the vent and light. happy we got the service instead of trying to do it ourselves.

Installation was a breeze. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Great, detailed installation.

The installers Best Buy empoys in our area did an excellent job. The cleaned up completely afterward all in good time. They were also on time for their appointed time. Also, they made sure I knew how to run it and gave instruction in proper use.

I purchased a GE over the range microwave from Best Buy and paid for installation arranged by Best Buy. The installation was done by Nick F. and his assistant Kinland, from Best Vet Installation Inc. The installation was done by Nick. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the installation. After completing the microwave installation, Nick proceeded to install the dishwasher, which he also did a great job. I recommend Nick without any reservations.
