    This radio seems to be working good now. We had a few problems on the initial install that were corrected on a revisit to Geek Squad.

    I purchased it as part of a package to have the BEST BUY'S Geek Squad technician install a new radio into my granddaughters car. The technician advised me that everything went together just fine except the Dash Face Plate --- they had sent two right hand brackets instead of a right & left hand bracket. He modified it and made it work --- it looks fine and seems to work Okay. I am sure that my granddaughter will tell me if there is an problem shortly.

    a little complicated a lot of wires but very necessary if you want your steering wheel controls to work as well as your door dinging things of that nature very necessary

    PAC audio cables were able to fix my existing problem with my factory DVD system as well as retain my factory steering wheel controls with the new aftermarket radio.

    Customer Service setting up appt. good, Sean installation of car radio great along with demonstration. What is not good, and very poor customer service is the inability to reach Sean for follow up appt. or questions. This is a systemic problem throughout Best Buy/Geek Squad. Customers should not have to go through the loops you make us do only to have to wait over an hour to have possibly someone call back, or the inconvenience of driving back miles to schedule follow of conversation.

    It's a required part any time you're doing a radio swap. And it works great. Retained steering wheel controls and some other functions from the stock equipment.

    I'm ecstatic I have my steering wheel controls back also it does have a door chime up loud it's too loud tuck it away and turn it down it sounds decent

    This worked fine. i had it installed by Best Buy, so I do not know the intricacies of installation. A bit pricey, compared to the actual stereo itself (same cost).
