    This is a great product, I did the Best Buy survey and put Ian instead of Alec Bookout on their, he did an awesome job assisting and being knowledgeable of the products I needed and I want you all to know that, I took the survey on the 19th of March and I was in store on the 16th so please forgive me for the mix up, 11800 chenal pkwy Little Rock Arkansas 72211 was the store and Alec Bookout assisted me.

    Love the fact it keeps my steering controls working as it should, only thing that I dont like is the 64bit style chime but its not that bad of u leave ur lights on itll chime so in a way it helps but definitely not original chime.

    It’s been little more than a month since installation, but it’s working great. The young man realized the radio purchased would not work in my express van without cutting frame work, even though the on line site stated it would and he informed me. Him and I together was able to purchase one that would fit the existing space. Great work and customer service.
