We weren't sure if all the old functions from the original equipment would be available. I have not found anything that was operational on the original radio that does not work on the new one with this kit. The entire removal and installation was seamless. Great job.

This was a great purchase and it had every thing I need for stereo installation.

Installed this into a 2004 Chevy Silverado with factory Bose audio that was having issues with engine noise. This product resolved that issue. My only complaint is that the chime module doesn't have a clear chime and sounds like one continuous ring. Other than that the product worked great and retains factory steering wheel controls.

Wasn't happy about having to shell out $159 in addition to the cost of the deck for installation. Luckily I had a decent gift card balance and some reward certificates to soften the blow. I guess it was needed to make everything work right. I just happened to check the site a week later and found that the item was on sale for $114.99. I contacted customer service who issued me a $47.70 price match credit to my card. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. And I have beats now.

Good product, little priced but has everything i need for my radio .

For me almost everything worked as it should. In my particular instance the only issue I had in my 2006 Silverado was with the back up camera signal. It would only read out 12v no matter what. Not sure if this is a compatibility issue or what so I still give 5 stars. I was able to tap a reverse wire for my camera signal.

Made my car system work with ease and quick installation

All functions work as they should except the notification chimes...they are hit and miss at best. Sometimes the work perfectly, sometimes halfway and other times not at all. And it seems very random, no pattern at all. That being said, the other functions seem very "factory" in nature.

I watched all the how to video on how to connect the RP5. When it came time to actually hooking it up, it was quite easy and simple. I didn't overthink it. It worked perfectly and I got to keep my steering control. I highly recommend the RP5-GM11.

Needed the PAC to hook up an afermarket receiver to my Escalade. I'm a DIYer and it took a little to get it stuffed back into the dash, but everything hooked up nice and without any trouble. Easy instructions for the connections and all is working like a champ.

This Item is the part I needed for the install of stereo, works perfect and was very easy to install. Just make sure when you make the connections you actually solder the leads when putting together

This product is needed so an aftermarket stereo can be installed in specific vehicles. It maintains factory sensors and door chimes or alerts such as key in ignition when door is opened and your key is in the ignition.
