    IT WAS A GIFT FORNA FACEPLATE STEREO THAT WAS BROUGHT AND IM GOING TO ASSUME THIS IS NEEDED FOR THE STEREO TO FIT PROPERLY.

    I bought this same part less than 2 years ago when I purchased my husband a new radio & back-up camera. Afterwards, his Chevy Colorado wouldn’t start sometimes. The Chevy dealership traced the problem to a short in this part. I had to buy a new part, but Best Buy is reinstalling it for free. We’re hoping that this is just a one-time bad part.

    I had this installed in my Silverado pickup. Stereo works the way it should. Would be nice to get the price before or when scheduling the install.

    The adapter needed to be reset. I went inn the store and they told me to call the company. Called them and they easily walked me thru resetting it.
