    THIS PRODUCT WAS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY BEST BUY A FEW YEARS AGO FOR PRIOR RADIO. I HAD PURCHASED IN CASE IT WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO BE RESET. THE INSTALLER WAS ABLE TO USE IT FOR MY NEW RADIO. MADE ME HAPPY I COULD RETURN THE NEW AND GET A REFUND!
