I really like the phone but it was hard to transfer my contacts and other info because it uses a micro sim card. I am very nervous that having the tiny card will become a problem if I want to travel and get a local sim card. Other than that the phone is excellent though the battery isn't that great. I usually buy a spare battery but none were available so that is another negative. But the phone is easy to use and has lots of good features.

Purchased phone for my 14 year old. I wanted something that didn't require a data plan, with 'easy' texting and would not embarrass them around their peers. So far this phone has been a winner.

The qwerty keyboard makes it real handy for texting. The screen is very sensitive so an adjustment was made so it would lock on its on in 5 seconds once finished using the phone.

The phone is good for my use,but the battery life is to short. Screen is the right size.

nice cute little slider quick messaging phone that does not require a data plan with my carrier. This was for my daughter and she thought it looked like a small iphone (which she really wanted). She put it through lots of use (6500 texts and 12 hours of voice in a month). However after about a month of use she started getting SIM error messages that could only be cleared by removing the battery and restarting the phone. Brought it back to BestBuy Mobile and they replaced the SIM without question, however problem started again less than 24 hours later. Am going to see about returning this phone for another.

This phone was very reasonably priced and small enough to fit in pants or shirt pocket. It is also easy to use.

Wife wanted a new non smart phone and this one was free with 2 year commitment. Worked great.

I like this phone as the sound quality is very good: it is easy to hear. It is easy to use the contact list and the screen numbers. The battery lasts only 2-3 days and I don't use my phone constantly with texting and calling. This is the most exasperating feature.

This is the best up-grade I've gotten. love the big screen and slide features. Also wanted a slide out keyboard and I got it.

Good call quality and easy to manage - but very soft text tone - can't increase sound, and disconnects easily when trying to answer

Phone has great battery life, is good size and easy to use . Touch screen is not as sensitive as I thought.

Phone is very easy to use in all functions BUT Screen unlocks when phone is moved away from your face during calls and sometimes disconnects.

this phone was a perfect fit for my youngest grandson. this is his first phone and he loves to text. The call quality and video images are also very good. It would also serve for anyone just wanting it for phone use.

I wasn't expecting much from the Pantech Renue Mobile Phone but for a regular phone (not "smart") its a great phone. The touch screen works well, good battery life, built-in games and phone/texting works great. I think generally this phone was a great value with many smartphone-like features.

I bought this on upgrade for my kid instead of the "free" phone. And I am happy I did. She loves its compact nature, and it has touch screen with slide.

Its a good phone when a smartphone isnt needed. Easy texting using the qwerty keyboard under the slider.

The phone is an upgrade from my flip one. I am able to text and the keep board is great! I would recommend it to any beginner!
