    So, for the first 2 weeks this dash cam seemed to be reasonable unit for the price. After 2 weeks the built in clock stopped working. Now the time and date on the video is wrong and cannot be corrected. Two months later, the dash cam decided to record only intermittently. I tried reformatting the memory card, resetting the unit, powering up and down the unit but nothing worked. I finally contacted the company to exchange the product under warranty. They seem to be a home based business in California. After several calls, multiple emails, and endless excuses, they would only consider a warranty replacement if I shipped the dash cam back to them at my expense. Even then they would not commit to a replacement, only that they would test it. BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself a major headache and buy a different more reputable brand! Papago and GoSafe Dash Cams are a joke! Best Buy should stop selling them.
