Customers highly value the large screen size and ease of use of the Pavilion 23.8" All-in-One. Many appreciate its performance and stylish design, along with the convenience of the touchscreen. While some users would prefer more USB ports, concerns about the hard drive's reliability were also noted.

Love this all in one computer, nice big touch screen, has all the ports I need, even a disk drive. It has more than enough storage for what I use it for, was easy to set up and looks impressive.

The screen is great, color optics are precise. I have loaded all of my office information and my personal data on and they work at better speed than my old box.

As someone who has been an apple consumer since 2007 this is my first Microsoft product in over 11 years. The touch screen, hardrive (2TB) and ram (12GB) were the deciding factors, although I did get it on sale during the black Friday weekend. Set up the separate users for my kids and I and am overall very happy with the purchase. I was sick of a 13" laptop and wanted to go bigger. Primary uses, photo editing, go pro video, music and school stuff.
HP support has also been good as I needed assistance with a few things already.

This AiO is the perfect everyday computer. Sleek, space-saving, stylish exterior; blizzard white is a contemporary silvery-white colour. Easily upgradable. Low power consumption. Very inexpensive. Generous warranty with three years of coverage for parts and labour.
Core i5-8400T (Coffee Lake) hexa-core CP offers excellent performance and value for the money. Fans are whisper-quiet, and unit stays cool even after hours of CPU-intensive tasks, unlike every other AiO I've owned.
12 GB of fast, efficient DDR4-RAM with the four-core processors supporting frequencies up to 2.400 MHz Big, gorgeous, extremely bright and wide 23.8-inch touch-screen with 1,920-by-1,080-resolution (full HD).
Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 (24 EUs, max. 1.050 MHz, 8th Generation) - good for casual gaming and content creation and 4k movies, but not for intensive gaming and content creation (i.e. Adobe After Effects).
Matte wireless mouse and very solid-feeling soft-touch keyboard fit well with the design of the system. Bang & Olufsen speakers offer decent sound. Integrated DVD/CD drive and media card reader. Integrated webcam privacy cover (sliding).
USB C port, headphone jack, and media card reader are located under the front bottom of the screen, making them a bit awkward to use, but I prefer the aesthetics of this to the convenience of side ports. On the back, two USB 2 and two USB 3.1 ports (one charging), HDMI in and outputs, a gigabit Ethernet port, disk activity LED, security lock slot, and the power connector. Wireless connectivity includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2.

I can’t tell you how much this computer was a life save. My family’s previous computer died after 3 years of using it(a friend let us have theirs). We needed a computer that was the right price and met the demands. There were other computer brands we were considering as well such as Apple iMac and other top brands. However this one surprised us. We thought we’d never go with this one. I was a little sceptical because it had the windows 10 installed on it and had heard about problems with this. There’s always the risk of viruses. However in comparison with Apple iMac the text was much larger to read and I found that this model worked “faster” and looked more sleek. It was a tough decision to make but if I could make it again I would. At about $900(not 1,400 like Apple iMac) this computer had a lot of features for the price. Me and my family went from computer to computer trying each out. We found that this computer had a faster clockspeed, a built in web cam window you can shut(handy for if your considered about wireless hackers), a large screen, noiseless fan, a smooth feeling wireless mouse(comes with keyboard when purchase computer), a lot of GB space, Microsoft word works excellently with this(handy for kids school projects and own work), some good sounding speakers, lots of USB storage in back(if you want to use a USB drive I recommend you get a corded USB hub. I got a 1-2 in and you can reach it fine for extra added storage). It’s keyboard felt smooth when I experimented around with it in the store. Our family loved being able to spend time trying out different computers and the associates were helpful and informative. I found that when I tested this computer against Apple iMac I found that the iMac had more glitch issues with Microsoft word(crashed first time used it at store), text was smaller(I have nearsightedness and so does my son and daughter), the mouse had issues(top coming off), applications slow, and etc(I’m not putting down Apple totally. I have a iPad and love it.). For what we needed this computer for ( a good home, school, and work computer) this computer was definitely worth it. We have had this computer for a few months and we are glad we made the decision. I usually don’t like HP computers but it looks like this one’s the top of its game. It awhile to learn Microsoft 10 but we all have the hang of it now. By the way, there have been no update interruptions(as many people were concerned about) and learning how to use it was easy with YouTube tutorials. Our family was used to the older versions XP, 7, and 8. We have always used windows. This version of Windows is excellent. I was worried about it having problems but it hasn’t. A cool feature about windows 10 is that you have a easier time creating shortcuts on your dashboard, creating home videos, and lots of interesting apps. One thing also to consider is that this computer has a built in dvd/cd reader(can watch movies and listen to music). The Apple iMac didn’t have a dvd reader. All in all, this computer was well worth its price.

I haven't had it that long, but so far I love it. The screen is huge - and I'm loving the touch screen! I don't yet know if there are any drawbacks to the all-in-one, but I just love the sleekness of it. I was pleased that the keyboard and mouse (both wireless) are white. I just like the aesthetic of that. I bought an ASUS of similar specs for my husband, and his came with accessories that are black and it just looks clunkier, in my opinion. As far as performance, so far it is great. I use a number of programs within the Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc - and I often use them concurrently - switching back and forth between applications. These programs are pretty decent memory hogs, so - for example - on my older laptop they take a long time to open and then having multiple programs open at once can really grind things to a slow pace. This handles my software programs with ease - SO much faster! I don't have any feedback from a really technical perspective, but it was super easy to set up and start using and it's worked out great for me! There are a good number of USB ports, which is nice. I personally dislike Windows pretty thoroughly, and I'm not a fan of that screen that pops up for accessing the Windows applications/games and if I can find a way to disable that, I will. Otherwise, no complaints.

This all in one pc is the best of both worlds- performance is stunning as well as looks. This is visually a beautiful pc on any executives desk. The sound is amazing from Bang Olufsen speaker at front. Many ports for HDMI. Touch screen is responsive. Processor, hard drive, and ram are top of class. You don’t need to spend more to have a Best Buy pc. Literally. Wireless keyboard is better than any you can buy and looks great in white. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

Never thought I'd go back to a Desktop

As a loyal laptop owner, I thought it was time to switch it up as our laptop graveyard was getting quick full. I have not had a desktop in about 15 years and I thought it might keep me from double-screening and just focused on one task. I am very pleased with the performance of this HP. Easy set-up and clean design. The screen is so bright, clear and large that it really upgrades my user experience as a former laptop user. I have to admit that I didn't even realize there was a CD/DVD drive until owning it for over a month and accidently pressing a button on the right side. It is awesome to have a tower-less desktop and wire-less keyboard and mouse. I do wish the monitor turned without having to move the entire base, but that is a minor issue. I think this purchase converted me to a desktop user. Be sure to check out the "Buy As-Is" section in Best Buy, I got this about $150 cheaper due to a tiny scratch on the back of the monitor which I can barely find. Happy with my purchase.

I purchased this during black friday week and I'm so glad I did. I haven't had any problems with it. Touchscreen works great, sound is nice and clear screen is pretty big. It comes with a wirless keyboard and wirless mouse and also has a built in CPU and still manages to make the computer looks slim. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for a home or office desktop.

Really like this computer. Much better than my recent Dell computer. This things is so powerful and my son just loves the touch screen. Could not believe that I got such a good deal on the price, too. Well worth the trip out on thanksgiving night to get a computer that no one seemed to notice with over $200 off the price. There were other computers with the "Black Friday" price reduction that were at the same price or close, but nowhere near the power of this one.
The only negative I have is that the USB ports are very difficult to get to. They are on the back of the unit and are not easy to reach from the front. The input slots are right between the opening on the stand, but the stand legs get in the way. I hate having to get up and go behind the computer to put anything in the port. The little clear tabs for the buttons that are on the bottom of the monitor look a little off, also. My son almost tore them off when unpacking because he thought they were removable stickers.
Overall get deal on a great computer.

I've owned the computer for a couple months now and am very satisfied. The touch screen works great. I have two young children that love playing games with it. The 2TB of data is fantastic. The 12 gb 8400t RAM is decent. This computer is fast but not extremely fast. Lag at my house is due to internet speed mainly. The computer is pretty heavy and sits pretty solidly on its base. The two and four year old haven't come close to knocking it over and they don't exactly have the most gentle of touches. The sound is enough for a medium sized room if you're watching a video or something. The video camera is of very mediocre quality and the sound through the microphone is of possibly even less quality, neither of which was too important to me, but still disappointing. The picture is very clear, the videos I've watched looked great. Good choice for basic family needs.

I’ve only owned laptops for the last 10 years or so but purchased this desk top about 2 months ago so I could work from home more efficiently. I bought the all-in-one to conserve space and minimize wires. This was a good move along with the wireless keyboard (full-size, I was leaning towards a Mac until I saw the mini wireless keyboard that came with it) and mouse. Everything is compact and the wireless devices are quite responsive. The screen is big and quite sharp. It is plenty fast and I only use it primarily for web applications so I can’t speak to its performance for more demanding applications, but certainly plenty powerful for my needs. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and I think it is a good value for this quality of a pc

I've had this computer for about a month. So far, it's done everything I've wanted. It's fast, slick, takes up little space and I don't have to worry about a desktop tower PC. Only 2 gripes was the first time I had to use the CD, the CD got stuck and I had to take the PC back to Best Buy to resolve the problem. The other is with Windows, File Explorer works when it wants to. Saw a lot of reviews with people having problems with Windows Explorer. I've tired 1 or 2 of the suggested fixes, but it still works when it wants to. Other than that, I'm happy with the HP all-in-one PC. One last thing, if you listen to music like I do, I recommend better speakers.
