This is the third set that I bought. My other two were on my 65" TV and looked amazing so I knew I needed them again. My only advise would be to plan exactly where you are going put them and then remove little paper to reveal the adhesive otherwise you will have to get new tape.

Used two of these plus the starter strip to do stair lighting all the way down the upstairs. These may be 3 feet but they certainly seem shorter and I found myself needing to buy an additional one. The new colors are great and the brightness this puts out is insane, it lights up the entire lofted area and stairs easily. Love it!

All the Hue products are great and being able to use them with the app or even add them to "Alexa" to control is just amazing

I've owned the starter lightstrip for a while now. I recently bought a larger tv, so I needed these extensions to go all the way around the back side of the tv. Man, it sure looks beautiful behind a tv. The application of the strips was as easy as peel and stick. I only wish they offered them at least 12 inches longer. Overall, great product!

Vaulted ceilings, above kitchen cabinets. These are awesome. Using the controller allows the user to change themes as the mood strikes. They are also great for night lights. The controller also allows the brightness to automatically dim at a specific time. Highly recommend

Must have purchase with add on to hue light strips. I have a 65 inch tv and the standard light strip is too short to go on the back. Works seamlessly and pairs with the same colors and Hue App. Ideally this should have been part of the original light strip length.

Very bright and easy to setup works great with Google home

I purchased the Philips Hue 80 inch light strip but needed a bit more lighting in my bedroom. I went ahead and purchased the lightship plus extension and now the lighting in my bedroom looks awesome! Everything was easy to connect and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have other Philips Hue lights and I'm satisfied with the product over all. The only caveat is that they're pricey for the length that Philips provides. There are other cheaper compatible strips but require some tinkering which I really don't have time for. Other than that they do what they're supposed to.

Unlike the old this allows the strips to be extended. And fit areas where the old would require multiple desperate strips. They could have made the connection spot better so it stays secure. I used some shopping tape that's clear but it can still slide. Just use this in an area of minimal movement or folks hitting.. Also the only other thing is to make sure you don't cut the strip because you can't extend the old or the new if you do.

I really like the Hue lights, colors are much better with the led strips. I have them above our kitchen cabinets.

These light extensions are great, work well with the main set and now my whole kitchen is covered! Very pleased.

I have many (I believe 4) of these acting as a TV backlight and they're bright, even and amazing to look at! Problem is, my 82" TV needed so many of these I had to mortgage my house, so take that as you will. Bottom line is that if you have a full smart home, you want these or the hue play bars, but these are a more even light so it's up to you!

Thoroughly impressed with how bright the lightstrip gets, after using several other light strips that were unable to illuminate anyting. These light strips are able to light up a whole room. A great accent light that I've put under the couches, behind the TV, and under the bed. A Philips Hue must buy

So glad these were made when you need a few more lights but not enough to buy another string. Great product.

Very easy to install and setup. Just make sure everything is wipes down clean before you apply via double sided tape. Since they're more energy efficient, I use it more often than my regular lights in the kitchen. I use them as above cabinet lights.

works well and gives off a great light. Only issue is that it can't go right next to the wall of you see the individual led lights and the light isn't smooth.

I purchased the Hue LED light strip kit to put in my bar. With the way my bar is made, I ended up having to go all the way around to get both the top shelves and bottom. I had to purchase this extension and another to finished the top and bottom shelving. Only down side is the price for the 3ft extension and to options to purchase the 6ft strip that the kit comes with separately. Still an awesome product!

The lights are very bright and clear. I think the design is attractive. the lights themselves fairly bright but not unmanageable. When we took it out of the box and plugged it in, it worked perfectly. The instruction regarding how to connect to our wireless were incomplete but that didn't matter. To date, we love the lights and would recommend it to others. Another great product bought at BestBuy!

We used these on the ceiling of my walk in closet. Love the way they illuminate my clothes and shoes!
