Lost ‘blue’

We bought 4 of these for the 4 lights around our fireplace. The first few days, they looked really cool. We had them set on blue, a few days later they came on as purple. The blue option was completely gone, the greens were strange, the yellows were off, the only good colors were red & purple. I searched online and found out, the loss of blue is a common problem and the lights were faulty. I contacted hue...big mistake. Customer service is terrible. They asked for pictures of the bulbs, 4 days later, still no response, so I called, they said they would email me when they got to my case, another week went by, I got a response with another question, to which I replied immediately, tried their ‘reset bulb’ fix, to no avail. Took 4 months for them to issue credit, and then since we had 4 bad bulbs it was over their limit. Then they played the run around with the partial credit, saying they had sent it, etc, when they didn’t have any info to return funds to. I expected so much more from Philips. Considering we have a complete hue lighting system at both our house and vacation home, I expected better service on faulty items. I still can’t believe all 4 lights went bad in a few days.
