Sonicare delivers high quality and wonderful cleaning in their brushes. This is at least my third upgrade from Sonicare and I would not go with any other brand.

this is too expensive compared to my older 9300. I mean this is good, cleans better, more elegant, small form factor, but almost doubled price, I don't see the price difference compared to my 9300.

This product has worked great for me. Especially with cleaning my braces! However, it has been 13 months and the brush head connector part has become loose and makes a very loud sound. Hoping to get a warranty replacement.
This review is from Philips Sonicare - 9900 Prestige Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with SenseIQ - Pink

An amazing brushing experienced. This toothbrush is a welcome upgrade with less complexity on the brushhead maintenance. I only need one brush head that gets the job done.
Broke after a year same as the old one, total loss

This toothbrush cost me over $400 and broke same as the previous one: the head started buzzing and vibrating all of the sudden and... That's it! Of course I contacted Philips customer care, which took a long time because their reps are now Ai, when I finally got through to a real person, almost an hour later and only after I jumped through a dozen hoops, they told me, categorically, that this $400+ toothbrush now has only a 12 month warranty and that they couldn't help. They did suggest I buy another one and I made a few suggestions to them. Will never buy another Philips product again because I spent close to a thousand dollars in less than 4 years and have two broken toothbrushes. Never again.

I bought this toothbrush for my wife because she has always been very picky with toothbrushes and she wanted to try an electric toothbrush. It was a gamble spending this much but it turned out she loves it! The app can be finnicky but overall a fantastic product.
