Pioneer SX S30 receiver

Lemon

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I received the item I was very excited and then I noticed the box it came in was previously open it had Best Buy tape on it. I was taken by surprise but got it out and looked new to me. So I proceeded to set it up. I stayed all night long trying to hook it up and could not the only thing that worked was the blue tooth. The next day I tried again but still nothing. The remote didn’t work and looked up on you tube for help but nothing came up!! I then just gave up!! After that I just gave up and sent it back!! Please note I have receivers in every room and I believed i could salve the problem but I could not!! So with that I bought a old Sony receiver at the flee market that was easier to hook up!!! Sorry people but that receiver was a lemon!!

RIP OFF

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Open box???...it should be categorized as NO BOX...and NO REMOTE and NO PAPERWORK and NO MANUAL and NO FM ANTENNA...receiver was wrapped in a half a layer of bubble wrap and thrown in a generic cardboard box 3 sizes too big for it. Scratches on the face of the unit and the face plate of the unit is loose and coming apart! I can NOT operate this thing without the remote...unbelievable!!

Great sound but can only handle 2 speakers

My problem with it is you may only (safely) hook two speakers to it. That's not worth this kind of pricetag (ELITE or not). For some, it's more than enough and if you are looking to only power a single pair of speakers - it's a beautiful and powerful choice.
