Want to like it, but...

I purchased this without a CD player as its in my daughter's car and her age group doesn't use CDs and I don't see any reason a 16 year old needs a DVD in her car :-) The unit ran well for 8 days, and then stopped connecting to any bluetooth phone and won't create any sound, even from a radio station. It was professionally installed by Best Buy, and is going back into service to be looked at very soon. I have already tried to 'reset' it using the instructions, and also disabled the battery for an afternoon to give it a chance to reset. I'm not upset because I know with electronics things can happen, and I know my local Best Buy will make it "right". If it turns out my daughter did something in operation to cause this problem, I will adjust my overall rating. But for now, use my 2 star when deciding in the price-performance ratio is correct for you.

Horrible
