The backup camera is all I expected. The GPS works great, but the maps are not up to date and I have not been able to update to more recent maps. I talked to the tech at Best Buy and purchased a cable to connect my lap top to the GPS, but so far have not been able to figure out how to download maps to my lap top to install to the GPS. Hope to resolve this soon. The radio suits me just fine. I do not use the radio much and seldom play CDs. If I can download and up date the GPS I will recommend this product and BestBuy, If I cannot download and update, I will be a dissatisfied customer,

Gps is not realiable or adjustable, I added back up camera. No satellite but I can stream it from my phone. Sound is superb. Above average over all.

I think Best Buy did a good job of installing it, but one thing they didn't do, was give me the box and owners manual after installation. I had to go back to the store to get it the next day, and they dug it out of the trash. They should always ask if the purchaser wants it, I had to consult the manual to do some of the set up. I generally like the Planet Audio Radio GPS, it sounds good and I like the GPS. But one thing I do not like about it, is that even though the GPS display does dim when headlights are turned on, the brightness of the display isn't adjusted by my interior light brightness control and the display of the GPS is too bright at night,

If you are getting this for GPS- don't. Other than that it looks great, works great, bluetooth good. When you enter the address "destination" a small screen comes up street, then number, then city, state. It is very sensitive to errors and the MOST INEFFICIENT way I've ever seen to enter an address on any GPS

Stereo is awesome great sound and price. Now the install on the other hand is a different story. I had the worst experience I have ever had with Geek Squad. They trashed my remote, owners manual, and the pen. Didn't get my bezel back and was told it would work with my steering wheel when I purchased it and then told on the install day it wouldn't work. After checking into it the manufacturer said it will work so now I'm stuck with the steering controls not working. I give 5 stars on the stereo and a half star on the install

I think it works and sounds great for its price range...the navigation works good...now the antenna is mounted on the dash excellent coverage

I have owned this for over a year in my Ford F-150. I just bought my second for my daughter's Jaguar X-Type. I bought it because my radio was old and tired. I had no idea how good and handy the navigation system is in this unit. It really is a top notch performer. It has memory for addresses, like Home. And generally the satellite acquisition is relatively fast. My daughter used it a bit in my truck and she asked for one for her. It is really a reliable tool. t

If you want a basic radio, this is ok although there are much better ones less expensive. If you want to use the GPS, I have the following warnings: These maps are out of date, forget updating them since Planet Audio blames NDrive and NDrive doesn't respond EVER. There is no way of updating maps, and regardless of what the description says, no traffic updates. THe best Planet Audio will do is warranty replace the radio which will accomplish nothing since you will get the same maps with the new radio and still not be able to update them nor get traffic. Look elsewhere for GPS radio

All though i havent tried tge navigation system yet but i have to say it was worth buying. The installation was fantastic you cant even tell they removed anything. It works good w your phone radio is good nd the sound i have to say is awesome. I dont regret buying.

Bought it for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, have had it over 2 years now. Has not let me down. Awesome experience.

great sound with blue tooth , gps is not even average,does not have streets and freeways for at least last three years

My new car didn't come with the built-in cd player or Navagation. The electronics store in town didn't have any idea what to do for me. Best Buy was able to find a unit that met all my needs and install it. It looks like it came with my car. Sarah did a marvelous job. I would trust her completely with any future jobs. She is quite knowledgeable about almost everything and easy to deal with. Don't let her go.

I told the associate I was looking for a system that included a satillite radio, a GPS and backup camera so that I did not have to use my phone in the car.The unit they installed won't work unless I hook my phone up to it! Very displeased. I feel I was misled

Good quality dvd and radio. Decent GPS as well as video and sound. It would be nice if it has an xm and hd radio on it.
