We purchased several of these headsets for business use and our users are happy with the sounds quality.

the earpiece is a little too tight around the ear - specially if you wear glasses too.

Love this product! It was super easy to setup. It's convertible, so can wear it over the head or as an ear piece. The lift kit is awesome for anyone who answers the phone frequently throughout the day. My only complaint is that the over the head set is loose - or maybe I just have a small head!

I bought this product a few months ago and it is great for the office. I purchased another Plantronics and had to take it back for it's bulkiness and the need to buy more accessories. This headset comes with the whole package! No need to look further if you want great sound quality, light weight on your ear, and value. I am also a bit deaf and this helps me hear more clearly; its tremendous.

I am puzzled that such a high-quality piece could be so outdated with its fine-tuning. I wanted to be able to use this while walking around my office, which I am able to do thanks to the great design of the earpiece. I cannot, however, disconnect the call without going to the phone itself because the cheap plastic piece that has to get stuck (literally) to your phone does not fit it right so I have to manually hang up the call. It was good, right up until the finsihing touch.

Overall great product. We bought two of these, one is perfect, and mine has a few issues. Occasionally, when I am speaking with someone, I hear a fairly loud whirring/buzzing sound that distorts and distracts me from the person I am listening to. I have messed around with the settings on the device but haven't figured out how to stop it when it starts. Really like how easy to setup and how you can adjust volume both in and out.

Sound quality is good, battery life is good. This is a good headset for wireless calling.

It is so nice to have the hands free. Being able to answer the phone from across the room is great! (even if I do need the exercise :) Sound quality is great. Its a little uncomfortable after a few hours, I just remove it for a while.

Took a bit to get adjusted to my ear, I still have to take it off a few times a day to let my ear rest. Very helpful while in the office by myself. It allows me to multi task.

bought this product for work and the headset echos and the range is not as long as i had hoped it would be

we use these at work and they work well for distance from the base to allow you mobility around the office

Overall, the CS500 Series Plantronics - Earset is a great product for business use. However, the earpiece sometimes takes a while to fit in correctly into the ear after a few adjustments. If the earpiece fitting could be improve then it'd be rated as perfect.

The headset connects easily to your phone and comes with the pickup mechanism. I recommend this product.

Other than the fact that it does the job, it looks nice too...

This is my second one. Another person in my office is using this one. This one is even better than the one I have had for 2&1/2 years.
