I give me the ability to offload photos and video to anything that has a usb port but not a compatible memory card slot.

It 2orked perfrctly and for me it was worth it rather thsn tryi g to transfer to a thumb drive. I play videos from my drone directly to the TV. Love it.

For my case all I needed it for was to update my cars navigation SD. it recognized it right away, updated no issues.

It’s attached with a small rubber piece that gets in the way when you try to plug it in. Aside from that it was a great purchase.
