Had to purchase a new card reader for my camera after upgrading g to Windows 10. Neither my cable connector or card reader were compatible leaving me quite frustrated. Read product reviews about this reader so I picked one up. Works great! Uploads my photos from my SD card in seconds.

I'm looking forward to faster transfer speeds in the future, but this USB 3.0 connect helps a lot when in the field and need to get media transferred quickly. This is actually my second time buying this, for a second computer/location, since the first one was so useful.

I bought this as a last ditch effort to save images that were on a slightly damaged memory card. Desperation usually creates bad buying decisions. This is not the case. The reader worked perfect. All of the images were retrieved and this reader is now always with me.

This card reader works great. I have several different types of memory cards with photos and this reader can read any of them. Sets up and plugs in quickly. Great for transferring pictures from camera or tablet to my desktop PC. Great for backing up to DVD

I bought this to replace an older card adapter that had developed worn contacts and became unreliable. This USB 3 adapter really does speed transferring large photo files. I appreciate that the cards snap into the adapter securely. Useful device - I'm happy

If you have several type of cards and are in need a multi card reader. Then this one is for you. The USB 3.0 really cuts down your file transfer time significantly. With my old USB 1.0 card reader transfer time can be completed very quickly.

I like this card reader. when I try to view pictures on the television, it doesn't always work. I keep getting the message that the USB has been removed. It works great on the computer though!

I need these all the time, so I try to keep one with my camera, one with my computer, and an extra here or there. This was so cheap and still 3.0, so I am very happy with this purchase. It's fast and just as good as any of the higher prices ones.

The cords detach making it easy to store. Very easy to use and efficient. I would recommend this product to transfer photos and video and to save your camera for more important functions.

Very easy and simple to use. I have a MacBook and needed a USB converter to use it, but still uploads fast and have had no problems with it so far! I use it with my Nikon D7000 with 600+ photos at full resolution. Definitely worth the money.

If I could give it -1 stars I would. It started off working great. Then after a few weeks it started changing parts of the pictures to different colors. Not every picture. When I look at the files before I import them, they look fine. Somewhere between the card and the computer data is getting corrupted. I thought it was the card, so I tried my old card reader. Worked fine. I emailed their customer support twice with no response. Finally I call and he says I have to return it to Best Buy. Great customer service. NOT!!! I will never buy another Insignia product again!

This is a good tool for work, because it accepts a number of different memory card types so I can be fairly certain that I will be able to read most types of camera memory cards brought into my office by others. It's compact and so far has been reliable.

With the latest windows, my old transfer system no longer works. This device connects my Compact flash memory card, removed from digital camera, to USB 3.0 for easy transfer of various format files (png,jpg,etc). I am pleased with it.

Happy with the performance and speed of transferring photos and videos from my MacBook air 11" . I appreciate the fact that it's not an apple branded product because in my experience apple dongles are easy to misplace and break easily.

I was very happy with the Insignia™ - USB 3.0 Multiformat Memory Card Reader. It is sturdy and well built, which can't be said for all in this category. I wanted something dependable, that wouldn't take up a drive space in my computer.

This is my favorite reader. It quickly connects to my devices, and reads from different formats of memory cards. It is affordable and error-free as well, and it's very reliable, and compact enough to carry with me when I leave home.

Bought this for when out and about photographing nature and wildlife as an extra charger. My wife also uses it at work and she is charging her phone all day due to heavy usage. She recharges it once a week, and it lasts all week long.

I purchased this with the 3.0 to try and cut down on my download time from my CF card to the computer. This works great. With the Canon's I shoot the pics are heavy on the data side and this will save me time. Could not ask for better performance.
