It helps to do research before purchasing something for your computer/laptop and more so when your installing. Found this was compatible with my mac and needed to upgrade RAM. My Macbook Pro was starting to lag due to OS upgrades, programs etc. THIS definitely made a difference.Easy to install, less than 10-15mins (youtube helped). I recommend you get this for your mac/win laptop. It makes a world of difference. no more lag.

This PNY Memory module set was fairly priced and was almost what I was looking to get. No problems with the product. It could have been individually protected to keep them from bumping into each other during shipping. It just wasn't the right compatibility. Otherwise, a great purchase.

Don't pay a fortune for "Apple" memory. This worked perfectly in my MacBook Pro I upgraded from 4GB to 8GB.

I installed this in my Macbook Pro without a hitch. So far it has worked just fine and some apps now are noticeably faster.

I was working on a massive project for work.... As the file size got larger Microsoft Office 2013 started freezing up and crashing..... Then my computer started too..... I cleaned all of the malware, viruses, extra programs...... This memory went in perfectly and has given my computer a new life..... well worth the cost.

I would bother buying this. I installed it in laptops. Out of the 8 chips I have installed in laptops, 4 have failed with a blue screen. Replaced with Crucial mem, which works fine. Avoid.
