It helps to do research before purchasing something for your computer/laptop and more so when your installing. Found this was compatible with my mac and needed to upgrade RAM. My Macbook Pro was starting to lag due to OS upgrades, programs etc. THIS definitely made a difference.Easy to install, less than 10-15mins (youtube helped). I recommend you get this for your mac/win laptop. It makes a world of difference. no more lag.

This PNY Memory module set was fairly priced and was almost what I was looking to get. No problems with the product. It could have been individually protected to keep them from bumping into each other during shipping. It just wasn't the right compatibility. Otherwise, a great purchase.

Don't pay a fortune for "Apple" memory. This worked perfectly in my MacBook Pro I upgraded from 4GB to 8GB.

I had hoped that by doubling the RAM all my laptop that all the processes would improve, some have and some have not. The Geek Squad was quick in installing and configuring my laptop.

QuestionCorrect RAMI have a Sony Vaio VPCF132FX laptop computer that currently has 4 GB of RAM. I seen that I can upgrade to 8 GB max. However, my question is ... when I Googled VPCF132FX RAM the results showed that I needed PC3-10666 DDR3-1333 204 pin SDRAM SODIMM memory sticks. But when I used Crucial.com scanner, it showed that I needed DDR3 PC3-12800 ... which one is the correct one for my Vaio laptop? Is the PC3-10666 and the PC3-12800 able to be used, if so what is the difference in them?
