Good RAM,Serice Not so Much

COMMENT: I gave it 4 stars only because I'm not a tech person and needed help selecting the right RAM for my laptop. It took quite some time to find someone and when I did they were from a different department. They told me to wait "here" they would get someone. after 15 minutes no one showed, so off I went to find someone else. I finally gave up, took the RAM to the Geek Squad counter where I waited another 10 min before someone had time to look at my old RAM and say "Yep that's the right one". I understand they are busy but don't leave standing there. Come back and simply say everyone is busy and check back so I know that I wasn't forgotten about. guess Best Buy isn't immune to Big Box Store Syndrome.
