Works great good buy so far it has way more speed than the old drive

Bought this for an older system that had a mechanical hard drive. Windows boots up so much quicker, it amazing because was thinking of giving away this computer and it now runs so much faster. Anyone with an older system and your thinking of getting rid of, install an ssd / install window on it, you will be happy

This ssd was exactly what I was looking for. Very fast computer now much quieter now tgan before I'm sure there will be not as much heat too. My computer recognized it right away without any bios changes. Highly recommend everyone witt a mechanical drive make the change.

These work GREAT in my Ubuntu 22.04 machines I got these on a steep sale. They work GREAT and are FAST. Formatted and installed Ubuntu 22.04 lts linux and these sped up my machine GREATLY. I went from 4 minutes from power on to login screen, to around 35 seconds.

I had to replace my brothers SSD for an older computer of his. From the moment it was installed there was a significant increase in speed. My brother enjoys playing online games like Star Trek Online which runs great on this drive.

It's been running my home server for about 9 months now with no problems. Nothing out of the ordinary, just functional.

For my first build I wanted to use a SSD instead of hard drive for a faster boot up. Windows 10 boots up really fast with this SSD and run faster and uses less space. I have bought PNY products before and I never had any problems and it was on sale when I bought it. Happy with product so far, I am planning to buy another SSD with more capacity instead of hard drive.

Solid ssd so far! This is almost a year later. No failures and no prospects of any to come! Definitely decent for the price. Currently is VM storage for my proxmox server

It worked very well, I used it on a acer nitro laptop and it was very good and fast, before that i used to have a HD that lasted only a few months so this one worked way better than that

I put this an older Toshiba laptop with an Intel celeron cpu I also doubled the amout of ram, the combination of the 2 made a world of difference performance wise.

Great Product! Put one inside my old 2017 laptop and it runs like brand new, no exaggeration. My old hard drive started failing and my computer took long to do anything but with this ssd drive it fixed my long load up times and speed up the entire system.

Good budget SSD. Had a little trouble cloning the drive... when I turned it on, it would not boot into Windows. Had to make a quick System Repair with the Windows 7 installation disk. After that the old computer came back to life. We were considering a new computer but with this $55 purchase we are hoping on another 3 to 5 years.

Found this drive to be faster than the samsung drive at a lower price

For they price, the speed is pretty good. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing this on a smaller budget.

Used one to replace a bad mechanical hard drive in my friends 2016 HP laptop. I was able to recover the recovery partition an run it on the new PNY SSD and get it back to factory and install all the updates, Speed in Crystal disk was 560 read and 550 write. Laptop is a rocket ship now!!!
