Failed hard drive

Had to buy a protection package before they would even agree to work on a computer I bought there. Very frustrating. Computer much improved with their repairs but they were unable to recover anything.

I was so upset that the worker just wanted to make a sale and didn’t even check to make sure it was the correct drive for my laptop, definitely gave me a negative outlook of best buy.
