When they first dropped prismatic i didnt think they would make an SPC but thank god they did because this was definitely worth it. I mean yea pack rates arent the best but the accessories definitely helped it out.

I shop at Best Buy all the time but this time really made me frustrated and can’t believe what happened to not just myself and other people as well. Having our orders being canceled even after placing it and paying in full is unacceptable for any retail store Best Buy needs to really step up their game and make sure that they know there will be able to place orders in store for shipping to customers home before going through everything and then come to find out our orders get canceled. It’s bad enough the scalpers already come out here to get all product for Pokémon nowadays and being a collector, it’s really frustrating.

People are so hurt they got their orders canceled when they tried to order multiple at a time. Its ridiculous and theres no reason to order multiple unless youre a scalper. They could display product quantites tho that would be super helpful though. Me and my lasy were 5th and 6th in line and we both managed to get one. Dont be late. Show up. Dont be a scalper. Dont order multiple online. And youll get product easily

Hello, it has now been over three months since I placed my order online (payment was processed immediately), and I still have not received the product.
In that time, I have called customer service more than 10 times, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Not a single agent has been willing or able to assist me. Several agents hung up on me after pretending to “look into it,” and others made false promises—claiming they would email me with updates or have a supervisor contact me directly. None of those promises were ever kept.
At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no accountability from this company. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I have lost complete trust in this business.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic reliability—this company has shown me none of these.

So I have to meet a 50 character minimum so I’m gonna rant about the experience i had at 71st not this one, I got the SLOWEST customer service rep who wasn’t even designated to be that, he was an Apple specialist who was TERRIBLE. I asked for Pokémon packs and he went SO SLOW and he pointed at magic while another customer service representative who had some sense of what they were doing grabbed the last few packs I wanted from this guy. I HATE that that happened and I will forever hold that memory.
