The sound quality on these are the worst I've had when it comes to head sets. (This is only my 3rd pair in 6 years.) I've used logitech prior to this one. I spent extra money thinking these would be awesome.
The sound echoes-- like someone is far away and in a echoey room. Or like the person is on speaker -- it's very weird and awful. Not only that, but every time I go on mute, the head set speaks to tell me I'm muted which is really distracting when I'm in a meeting and have to mute/ unmute frequently.
For on-ear headphones, they're heavier than anticipated and block out a lot of noise -- which I don't like. I like to be able to hear what's going on in my house which is why I like on-ear headphones. Some may like that, but it doesn't work for me.
Bummer that I have to now take a trip to the store to return a purchase I really thought would work out due to the amount of money I spent.

Its Bluetooth connectivity works terrible. I tried different devices, I updated its firmware, it did not help, still a mess, have to turn bluetooth off on one device to be able to restore connection. Disconnected all the time
Also sometimes headphone voice says it's fully charged but red light blinking and I have to put it on charge.
