Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case.
Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product.
Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse.
Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely.
Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold.
