So far this controller has worked amazing for me. The only problem is that Windows 10 has some sort of issue with the drivers for xbox controllers. I found a fix for that though. Other than that it is amazing. I thought at first that you would be able to use the xbox accessories app to program the buttons. Turns out that is only for the official elite controller. I'm not too disappointed though. The top underside button is really easy for me to use however the second button is harder to use during regular play. However I don't think the $150 price tag on the elite controller is worth it. If you want a great controller that isn't going to cost your soul, this is the one for you.

    Excellent budget controller

I was looking for a alternative to my scuf controller as they are a bit pricey and this was well worth the cash. I now own 2 and both are exceptional controllers. My issue with PowerA controllers is the 3.5mm audio makes you sound terrible, this is NOT the case with this controller. I hear people fine and they hear me clearly. The back buttons are nicely placed and easy to use however I wasn't able to remap them for the start or select button, all the other buttons were able to be remapped. You also can't use kontrolfreeks with these as the analog sticks are too large for them, this includes the ones made for: ps3, ps4, xbox 360 and xbox one. The trigger locks come in very handy when you go from FPS to racing games that require full use of the trigger. While using the LED lights my party chat heard a lot of ambient noise when I talked, turning them off fixed the issue. Overall this is by far my favorite third party controller, it's well worth the $35 I paid for it on sale. I would definitely recommend it.

After some adjustment time, it's a solid controller! It is sad I cannot put thumbstick extenders on, but it makes up for having the 3.5mm jack.

I am no professional gamer, so maybe my opinion isn't for you. But if you are a casual gamer that hates having to worry about charging your controller or buying batteries no stop, this controller is for you!

Paid premium, but cannot get support

I have had a number of issues with xbox one controllers. So I bought this one 6 months ago at twice the current price. My biggest frustration was batteries dying, which a wired controller addressed. However it was not until I used it in Division that I realized that sprint was not working. I contacted Best Buy and they said I needed to contact Microsoft. After going through the documentation that came with the controller I found PowerA had it's own support. I contacted them, and they requested additional information. I provided that information, and they have been silent. I requested updates after 2 weeks, and a month of silence. It is now 2 months, and still nothing. I feel foolish that a company is forcing me to sink to this level to try to get my issues resolved. My service request is #9952. I would recommend avoiding PowerA products.

I've been through 2 of these controllers already. First one you could not play any game without the controls to pull to the right, sent it in and they sent me a new one. The 2nd controller hasn't even lasted 3 months before I had to get a new one. Joysticks wares out if you are a gamer, pull the trigger and nothing happens, click joystick to run and my character would stand there and jump, for the price I will be sticking to xbox one products, poorly made controller!!

If you play madden and ufc like me this is not the controller to go with because the analog sticks get stuck in one place too easily and they often don't respond good enough to my liking. I have returned one too many of these controllers because of the same problem. The price is way too much for a poorly put together controller. I do not recommend this controller for any serious gamer like myself.

Bought exact replacement insurance. Glad I did. I play C.o.D. and Overwatch. In less than one month the left bumper started to fail and then the left trigger. Tried to exchange it. Got attitude and rude treatment. Had to demand to get all the money I spent as they didn't have my replacement in stock. They were going to keep the insurance $$$$ even though they couldn't replace the controller.

    Audio incompatible with XBox One

Uses a 3.5mm stereo male plug for headphones. Xbox One uses USB only. And after scouring numerous sites for adapters, I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a female USB to 3.5mm male adapter in existence. Which makes headphone/mic use impossible.
