Full disclosure I'm not super knowledgeable about studio monitors so I don't know if by studio audio standards this monitor is good or not. However I have listened to a few different sound systems and in terms of higher frequencies the clearly and precision of the audio is some of the clearest and brightest. The bass is super flat moreover I can hear it's lower frequencies quite well. I only bought one monitor and it's volume is quite good, however it is to be noted I'm just in my room which isn't too big and I sit pretty close to the speaker, if you're trying to fill a much bigger room it might be best to have a pair.
