Please know this review is of ProColored not Best Buy. Best Buy as always did a great job with their customer service and I greatly appreciate them. Procolored as a company is horrible. They have the worst product support and almost unreachable. As for the printer, I consider myself tech savvy but took me 2 hours to figure out how to download the software to be used for the printer. Software it self fairly straight forward. The printer itself, couldn’t get a single good print out of the printer after multi trouble shooting with Ai and online forums for support as I couldn’t get ahold of Procolored. I returned the item within the 2 week period due to the poor quality and horrible support.
