2 guys came to remove the old one and installed the new range, they did a good job

Very professional installers came and took away our old washer and dryer. They called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on schedule. Much easier than trying to load these in the back of my vehicle.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Installer took old dishwasher apart then said I need to pay him $200 to install a $10 part otherwise they can not install the dishwasher. They said this part was completely separate from Best Buy. I told him I wanted to refuse the delivery. He said he has to leave the new dishwasher at the house. MY CLIENTS TENANT WAS UPSET AND SAID SHE CAN'T HAVE TWO DISHWASHERS SITTING IN HER KITCHEN. I WAS EXTORTED TO PAY THE DELIVERY GUYS $150 AFTER HE SO KINDLY TOOK $50 OFF! WELL GUESS WHAT! MY CLIENT ISN'T GOING TO PAY THAT SO THAT CAME OUT OF MY POCKET AND I WANT IT BACK. I MANAGE SEVERAL PROPERTIES AND DEPEND ON HOENST COMPANIES TO TAKE CARE OF MY BUSINESS, MY CLIENTS BUSINESS AND MY TENANTS. THESE INSTALLERS FAILED!!!!!! ON TOP OVER EVERYTHING ELSE THEY CHIPPED THE COUNTERTOP AND INSTALLED THE ELECTRICAL CABLE IN A WAY THAT GETS WRAPPED UP IN THE TURNING SHELVES. GRADE F WORK!!

Installers were excellent. Made sure all wrapping was picked up. Hauled away the old washer and dryer. Were super efficient in doing the removal and install.

My 7 cu. feet Insignia freezer was delivered today. Everything went well and the delivery and installation were quick. The freezer got cold about after half an hour and seems to be working just fine.

Great job professionally disconnecting and hauling away an old washer without damaging any of the finished surfaces in my house.

I’ve recently replaced the appliances in my home as well as a rental unit that I own. Each delivery and haul away service has gone off without a hitch. Very prompt, kind, and professional guys that have come out to assist. Best Buy definitely has some solid crews here in my area servicing their appliance deliveries/installs.

Very Good and last for a while longer than expected

Our haul away was not an easy task. Our haul-away was a 60" projection TV in cabinet 5' high and 3' wide. It still worked as 21 years but we needed to mount TV for extra space. Our Techs had no issues removing it from our home. Recommend letting others do the work once you get over the hill. Worth every penny!!

Recently we purchased a new refrigerator from best buy the totaltech guys were fantastic very polite and answered all my questions ive only had great experience with totaltech also with our washer last year

Kevin& Daniel just dropped off my new stove it fits in the existing spot and i love it they where very professional and very fast they hooked the stove up and turned it on and said before i cook something in the oven to cook off the new smell thank you Kevin and Daniel again. i will be buying a dishwasher and a refrigerator next.

They easily got out the old fridge and replaced with the new one.

The guys were great - the delivery, not so much. I wasn't present at the time of delivery but they called me twice (before & during delivery). I told them to meet someone at the door and it was fast & efficient but it was so fast that the fridge got damaged. that's not very professional to be honest. There was more than adequate space to place the fridge and remove the old one. It's too bad it got dented which is honestly careless; this shouldn't have happened. Now this fridge has a dent reminding me of the service best buy offers. Please look at the photos and make a judgement yourselves.
