I purchased the Bosch 800 Dishwasher from BB. I paid for the "Pro" install, insurance and warranty 5 yrs, Haul away. $1,809.95 They installed on 6/12 and they didn't do it properly bc on 6/17 I found this in my basement. NO ONE at Best Buy or Sedgwick wants to fix this. It was installed incorrectly by Best Buys Majestic Installation. Costs well over $10,000.00 in damages. Have been dealing with this for over a month now.

One star because isn't possible to put no star. After we removed the doors and drawer to get the old refrigerator fit through the hall way. The "haul crew" refused to take the refrigerator, door and drawer separately, since we don't know how to do it and they did not want to do it because was not part of their job they took only the main part of the unit leaving behind the drawers and doors in front of the house.
More thank half an hour after contact Best Buy online they told me they told me to call to geek skuad and after a 29 minutes wait they also told me they can't do anything because the order was not updated on their system.
Most of the companies offer haul away service for free, but after changing $29.99 at least I expect them to take the old unit.

It came with the handle dented which they said it was going to be replaced is been already 6 months and nothing I regret not returning the item, I have a new stove with a big dent on the handle.

Did not haul away my old dishwasher like I paid them to do. I was away at drill the weekend they were supposed to deliver my new dishwasher and haul away the old one. So, unfortunately, I wasn't able to personally ensure it was done. They told my wife I'd have to reschedule. I called Best Buy to follow up with them on this issue and was told I would be called no later than 48 hours later to get it picked up. Has not happened and it's been 3 business days not including the weekend and MLK holiday.

Scratched refrigerator. Didn't have a replacement. Came for return. Said we weren't home and camera caught them taking the picture of my house. Came back the next day after a big ordeal. Haven't refunded haul away. Didn't return my old workings refrigerator. Didn't use the install kit I paid for or leave it. Thieves.

I ordered a new refrigerator and also ordered a service for placing my old refrigerator to my Garage. The crew which is handling this service are unprofessional and they have make so many dents and scratches on my old refrigerator. My old refrigerator is in very good condition and I only buy the new one just for giving the good look to my Kitchen as it is near to my living area. This is my first experience with Best Buy and was horrible. I don't know what to do with my old fridge, neither retain with so many dents and scratches nor throw away as I need some more storage.

This review is not for the crew. They came and didn't uninstall the old wall oven due to the size of the cabinet need to be modified. They left without doing anything. No installation or uninstallation of the wall oven. It was a mistake on the site said the service is completed. The old wall oven is still here with me. After speaking with my contractor, I need to modify the cabinet to fit the wall oven.
I have been talking to more than 10 agents to have the old oven uninstall and haul away for me, no luck yet. Why this is so difficult? When can I have my new wall oven install? No idea.

Do this if you want the worst installation technicians (3rd party) to leave parts of your old appliance all over your yard. Best Buy needs to stop using 3rd party labor. Third party labor has spoiled my appetite from buying any large appliance and having it installed. I refuse to make any new large appliance purchases until they only use Geeksquad.

I opted for the free delivery and paid to have my old fridge removed. For whatever reason the guys refused to take the doors off my old fridge and tore up my walls and stairs trying to get it out. Got a case number from them and was told an adjuster would contact me in a couple of days. Here we are a month later and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Been on hold with BB for about 20 mins after waiting 8 min for a call back.

Crew was not careful at all moving my existing refrigerator down to the basement. I had already removed the refrigerator doors and two doors to the basement. The crew still managed to damage one door way and break the bottom vent to the refrigerator. Just terrible service. They even managed to ding the wall where the new refrigerator was going and scratch the new refrigerator when bringing it into the house. Terrible

Let’s start with this, they were and hour late from when they told me. Second when hauling away my old refrigerator they scratched my walls , my wooden stairs and my door and door frame. They took out my door which is fine but when they reinstalled it it was miss aligned and would not close and before i could say anything the sped off. So my elderly father and I had to take it off the hinges again at 7 pm before I left for work so it would close properly.

While removing our old 10.0 cu. ft. fridge/freezer, their movers left giant scratch marks on our hardwood floors. This could have easily been avoided & seems like a rookie mistake, especially considering it's a smaller fridge.
I've filed a claim. I'll update my review after I've completed that process.

This dryer was nothing but problems and Samsung was no help. The people they would send to work on it were in knowledgeable about the unit and only made things worse.
We took deliver 12-19 by 10-20 it was leaking water and the display was filling with moisture.
After numerous attempts to have it fixed and never having dry clothes we admitted defeat and bought a new GE dryer .

IF I'M lucky they will do this on the 27th. EVEN though they told me the 21st when it was supposed to be done on the 15th. AND then I have to wait until the 29th for them to hook it up. BUT I still got that bill the day after they dumped the stove in the garage

I paid extra to have your Installers relocate my used washer dryer laundry center to my garage. As they were driving away I looked inside the washer to wipe it clean to discover they had broken the interior plastic casing around the washer agitator in three places but didn’t bother to tell me.

I'm very unhappy with the relocation service. My old fridge was supposed to be relocated to my garage, which they did. But they took off my handles and left us without handles to the fridge. the only left the caps to the handles. The also left without telling my wife anything.
