I paid extra to have my old unit hauled away and they didn’t remove it. It was left on my sidewalk and I had to pay someone else to haul it away. The delivery guys were rude and left trash in the street. Never again!

I paid the $30 for the "professionally haul away and recycle your old item" option. Had they told me that this meant the installers would move it to the end of my driveway and leave it in the yard there, I would have passed. If anyone needs an old dryer for scrap metal, it's in my yard.

My washer machine was never hauled away because I am still currently using my original one. The drop off people noted in their computer that this item was not hauled away. Very difficulty to get customer service to help me, but I would like to be reimbursed for the hail away charge

They just drop my washing machine rt in my leaving room and told me they couldn’t put it on my balcony and this was after they took my old one. I would give a 0 for a score. I had to call my father who have back problems to come and assist with getting it of my living room.

My delivery time was 9am -11am. the delivery damaged the side of the fridge and broke my 1936 rails and broke a part of my 1936 door The fridge leaks and now I am mopping. I have been on the phone with customer service since 9:26am until now 5:35pm. My issue is still not resolve. First time ordering on the internet. NEVER AGAIN!

Bad experience. Break my drain pan while removing my old item. I have to call a plumber to had a new drain pan installed, costing me extra $375. Also, it has been 3 weeks, my new item haven't been installed, though I had the installation service order.

Very dissapointed that after delivery of new appliance, the old unit was not hauled away. On March 28, 2020 I talked to customer service and recorded that the haul away was not completed due to COVID-19. It has been over a month and the old appliance is still not hauled away.

No one showed up with our new dishwasher and definitely, definitely did not haul away my old dishwasher. There delivery is terrible. Pickup yourself and install it yourself or hire a hanyman

No one hauled away anything. They said they couldn't but didn't reschedule. It says no where that this would have been a possibility. I've had no fridge for weeks and i have two non working in my tiny condo.

Was not professionally installed, old refrigerator was not “professionally relocated” at all. I had to help move the old fridge. The men were very late. Appt was 2-5, didn’t get to my home until 6PM

Refrigerator unit not installed properly… middle door is off, it was not attached corrrctly.

Nobody picked up our old refrigerator today as scheduled, nobody sent notification about rescheduling or something Please finish the service

The guys damaged my walls and wood floors during this delivery.

They didn’t take our old refrigerator away. Plus they damaged a wall in my house!!

I had this item delivered, they came after their 2 hour period window. The refrigerator is all marked up inside and outside.

The delivery guys didn’t care about making scratches on the wood floor and on the product. I do not recommend the service.

Great service , they arrived early were be try quick professional and efficient . We could tell they knew a lot about the appliance there were no issues hooking it up.

New dryer is in the garage and not installed. Old dryer is still in place
