No one hauled away anything. They said they couldn't but didn't reschedule. It says no where that this would have been a possibility. I've had no fridge for weeks and i have two non working in my tiny condo.

Was not professionally installed, old refrigerator was not “professionally relocated” at all. I had to help move the old fridge. The men were very late. Appt was 2-5, didn’t get to my home until 6PM

Refrigerator unit not installed properly… middle door is off, it was not attached corrrctly.

Nobody picked up our old refrigerator today as scheduled, nobody sent notification about rescheduling or something Please finish the service

The guys damaged my walls and wood floors during this delivery.

They didn’t take our old refrigerator away. Plus they damaged a wall in my house!!

I had this item delivered, they came after their 2 hour period window. The refrigerator is all marked up inside and outside.

The delivery guys didn’t care about making scratches on the wood floor and on the product. I do not recommend the service.

New dryer is in the garage and not installed. Old dryer is still in place

The haul away service was just a great as the installation. Same team did it and was very careful and mindful of the item and the house. Made sure not to damage anything and did things quickly.

The dishwasher has been great, been running well. I think the installer installed the unit on a slight tilt after looking it over closely with a level. Its very subtle and it does not bother me but not a perfect install.

I ordered a new Whirlpool stove and over-the-stove microwave installation. In addition to the items, I also opted to have my old stove and over-the-stove microwave removed and hauled away. The technicians were incredibly quick with the installation, very thorough, and friendly. They removed the old items and installed the new ones in about an hour without any issues or additional hidden costs. The new stove and microwave look fantastic. I would highly recommend this service in addition to purchases of items.

This is a pretty good dishwasher, the only complaint is the fact that has an unpleasant smell after the dishes are washed and the machine is dry. However, now I’m leaving its door a bit open and the smell disappears without bringing a bad smell in the kitchen so problem solved. Also I saw some complaints about not drying the dishes completely. That is true if you proceed to get the dishes out the moment the cycle is done. So I’m starting the dishwasher before leaving for work and hours later when I’m back home the dishes are dry. Other then that everything works like a charm and I’m happy with my purchase

Great dishwasher delivered and installed professionally. We’ve had very positive experience with this brand of dishwashers therefore we chose to order one for our apartment in Manhattan. One person, all by himself, brought the dishwasher to our 28th floor apartment, removed the old one and installed it. He knew exactly what needed to be done to correctly connect the water line, drain line, and electric line. And he was very pleasant throughout the process.

We had a difi ult install and relocation. This was for an upstairs appartment in a very old run down university town home. Very narrow twisting stair case for them to navigate. Going in I thiught they would show up take a look and say no. They did nit say a word took the old frig out brought the new one in with no complaits. The delivery team for Oshkosh WI. Deserves high praise for a job well done.

I was lucky enough to get my delivery window narrowed down from 7AM-7PM to 8AM-12PM. They showed up around at 8:30AM; two gentlemen and my TV in their delivery truck. I opted for the haul away option because it was cheaper than a traditional haul away service AND I didn't have to break my own back trying to get my TV off the wall mount. Or did I.... The gentleman told me that I needed to get the TV off of the mount for the haul away; I was a bit surprised to hear that that was the case. I didn't make a fuss and simply replied if he could help me bring it down (a 65" brick). He obliged and we both grabbed a corner of the TV and brought it down. Once it was down, he did make sure to remove the wall mount hooks off the TV (I supplied my own power tool for them to use). At my age, I'm still a bit like spring chicken, but I can't imagine someone who is less springy try to bring down a large TV at the request of the delivery team. I'm not sure if I got a unique team to come over, but it still was surprising. I took a star off for that. Maybe two..but they were definitely friendly. Anyway, the other gentleman single handedly grabbed the TV and stowed it away in their delivery track. So in conclusion, Best Buy's haul away option is still very cost effective with respect to other haul away teams you'd find on Yelp, but you may get asked to bring your TV down...maybe. That is the main reason why I paid for the service: (1) Bring my TV off the mount to save my own back and (2) haul it away to be processed in an appropriate recycling facility. I purchased 3 major appliances from Best Buy over the past 30 days: washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I opted for haul away service on all 3, partly because of the convenience and partly because of the fact that the items would be recycled after removal. Haul away was done by the same team that delivered the replacement items. As was the case with delivery, the crew was efficient and thoroughly professional. I especially appreciated the fact that they waited to allow me time to clean the floor after removal of the existing appliances.
