Like all the big publishers, software subscriptions are the order of the day so it's tough to get too excited. Nonetheless, been using Quicken for literally decades at this point and highly recommend it.

I used Quicken in the past and did not like their customer support. It has gotten much better and the software is very easy to use and feature packed. It is the best way to keep track of your personal finances.

I have always enjoyed Quicken. I am happy that they are starting to upgrade some of the features a bit more. I would like to see more functionality in the mobile app.

I find this software to be the easiest way to keep track of all our finances. Can’t even imagine doing this without it.

We have now been using Quicken for over 20 years. This is a solid software, and migration from one release to another is seamless; note that I update only every 2 to 3 years. Each new release brings nice additional features, while not breaking the overall User Interface (Hello Microsoft...). We'll likely buy the 2021 (2022?) version next.

I mainly use Quicken for expense tracking. The reports are flexible enough to do what I need to match up to credit card dates.

I have had several versions of Quicken over the last 20 yers. I loved the first version and have liked the next one less every version since. I swore I would never buy another one and then I had some medical issues and wanted an easy way to categorize my expenses and hope overcame experience and I got the new version because all I really needed was a glorified check register. I am not a very tech savvy guy but so far I could track everything manually with much less effort.

Great product as always. Just not happy about the yearly fee.

I really like some of the new features on Quicken but every time I update it corrupts my data. It is very frustrating. I have been using this software so long I hate to change. Some days I am at my wits end.

My wife doesn't like the upgrades this version has. I guess there can be too much..

I’ve been using Quicken for over 15 years. Haven’t found another product to replace it. It is glitchy and malfunctions a lot. Very frustrating product but unfortunately no other choice.

Upgraded from Quicken 2012 with my new laptop. Transition was seamless and basic functions haven't changed. I don't use Quicken to nearly all it's capabilities but those I do use are easy to work with and very helpful.

I've been using this software for several years now. I upgrade every couple of years, always purchasing from Best Buy. They always have great pricing on this software right around tax time. Excellent.

Tried for several hours to merge old data to new. Impossible. No support response.

Purchased an online digital copy of Quicken and it will not download. This is absolute trash. Do not buy online digital copies from Best Buy.

Too many glitches and doesn't synch all the time to banks.

Good program at a good price. Support much better than prior years.
