Easy to use product. It is so helpful to have this for update transactions with financial institutions. Unfortunately it has had numerous problems at times and occasionally it does not have get the latest info -- hence a lot of extra work to figure out how to balance Quicken balance to online balance. Unfortunately, it is the main game in town. Wish it was more consistent.

Love this product. Been using it for several years. Much easier to work with than quick books. My accountant is able to use it when doing my taxes. Very simple and wasy to read

Great way to do financial data. I am a church treasurer and this has always been my software. Now upgraded from the 2016 to a new program and really like it.

I have used this software for years and it still does what I need.

Unfortunately, quicken has little competition so rests on it's laurels. Little has changed in the past 5 or so years, other than the price. As it's now a subscription model, you have to pay annually to keep using it and downloading current data. In the old days you could buy it, use it for a few years and only upgrade when you felt that the new features were worth the $45 or so it cost for the new features. Then you could use that version for a few more years. No longer. Cost has doubled and you need to buy the new version every year.

getting use to it and love it. Highly recommend it. It works great and you know where you spend your money.

Quicken has been the go to program for 20+ years and this continues the features and record keeping necessary. Unfortunately they seem to be making changes where there aren't any necessary (i.e. search box for current account transactions) from far right to far left. Stop messing with things that aren't broken.

Currently use this software but an older version. Had to adjust to changes made in this version.

I purchased this product from Corona store only to find the code did not work, it said it has already been used so I could not renew the license for quicken. I returned it and got a replacement only to find same issue. They were willing to replace another one for last time but had none in stock. I then went to Riverside bestbuy and replaced it there and it worked. Looks like batch of quicken software codes were either stolen or returned not sure but I never experienced that issue before.

Quicken is a necessity for our family business. I’m learning more about it all the time.

With the 2022 version of Quicken and beyond, they now REQUIRE a membership. If you do not renew your membership, the main page has two large banners letting you know your membership has expired. This also hides tabs that you should be able to see. Quicken will also pop up messages when you try to do things, letting you know your membership has expired. I have used Quicken for 10+ years. The <2022 versions did NOT do this.

I like using Office 2021, although Word could be more user-friendly. But, I do not like OneDrive wanting to control where I save backups, that should be my choice without interference.

They were wonderful to help me with set the program. Very kind and very polite. They told me no matter what 24/7 i can call if i get stuck or any questions. I like them more than QB

I am self employed & use this program. I liked it when you could just update yourself every couple of years, but now that I have to have a yearly subscription it seems to have a few more problems. Luckily Best Buy had a great price for Black Friday so I think I will just buy this from them every year rather then go on auto renew. Love saving a little bit of money! I really liked Microsoft Money years ago. I do recommend this though because it is about the only affordable bookkeeping program for a self employed person with invoices or employees.

I've been using Quicken for a few years now to track rental property income and expenses. This was the first time I purchased it from Best Buy however I had difficulty activating the license. When I tried to activate using the included product key, I received a message that the product key has already been used. Quicken confirmed the key was activated 2 weeks before I purchased it. They were able to get the product activated but not until I submitted proof of purchase and photo of the product key included in the box. As far as the product is concerned, generally it works well however I've found some occassions where updated transactions did not save, so I had to redo them. So I'm giving it 4 stars based on my experience with the product and the activation problems.

Had to remove and use 2013 version to get my backup converted. Then reload this version.
