I have used Quicken for over 28 years. It gets better every year. This tracks my business expenses and income as well as my personal bills.

I have used quicken for too many years to remember, probably since inception. It is just plain easy to use and keep me on track with my business and personal, This one has a Rental Property predetermined and I don't have to setup all the categories, LOL

So far works well for what I need. Was easy to setup and start using.

I think the system should offer more options and allow the user to define how and when to link information together. Wouldn't let me enter a tenant in the renter section without entering a financial account associated to it. I just wanted something for recording keeping of income and expenses.

I bought this to track rental and other income and expenses. It is nice to run reports at the end of the year. It works well. I have been using some form of Quicken for 15 + years.

I purchased this software to handle my new business. I have had some issues getting the software installed. Once it is installed it works great.

Quicken is exactly as named-Quick. Very simple to use and is good accounting for home

I do not like the idea the software tries so hard to automate the way to do your finances. If this is what you are looking for, this product will fit your need. However, if you prefer to do a number of things manually, the constant recommendations to do otherwise is drive you crazy. Just know what you want the product to do for you before buying.
