Incredibly bad product...and bad support too
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you can believe it, Quicken's path to migrate from an existing account to this new, subscription service, requires you to be without BillPay service for 30 days. I have been on the phone with Quicken and QuickenBillPay support (2 separate groups) probably 5 times, and my service is still not migrated. To top it off, you get "Premium Support" when you purchase this product, but Premium Support is only open weekdays until 8 pm, and closed the entire weekend!

absolutely awful

It's much more difficult to do simple tasks like transfer money from one account to another, or pay bills online. Downloading transactions duplicate in some cases. I would return this if I could, I need to review Best Buy's return policy.

Functionality disappeared
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded From Premier 2017. What a waste and lack of disclosure on Quicken's part. I was excited that there was now a Premier version I could use on my Mac. Little did I know that the Premier version of the two are VERY different. Specifically, I lost all of the info on employee stock options I had in my old version of Quicken. Plus, I have some other options that did not transfer correctly. In talking to Quicken support, they disclosed that it was indeed true that there is different functionality between the two. Further, they "voted" and the employee stock option functionality was not likely to show up in the Mac version anytime soon. Although Best Buy had a good deal on the two year subscription don't waste your time in upgrading. I'm regretting my decision.
