This product came straight out of the box not working. I have plugged in other keyboards to make sure it wasn't the pc plug in and it's definitely just this keyboard that won't work at all. It won't turn on or type. I've tried getting help and or a refund online and nothing works. I tried calling in multiple times and have not received help cause I cant talk to a real person just the automatic phone system walking me in circles. I'm no impressed at all.

Bought it for my son for Christmas. He loved it but it has stopped working after 3 months of use. It started out double keying and now it doesn’t work at all. It’s not returnable at this point.

I bought this tacky overpriced keyboard because I was getting a new computer for the first time in years and wanted to get myself a nice gaming set-up. The keyboard worked fine for about 2 months until the "S" key started to only work *sometimes*. I didn't have a warranty with Best Buy, so I contacted the Razer manufacturer through their site to get it replaced. After spending 2 hours on their site going their "troubleshooting" methods FINALLY someone says to ship them the keyboard to be replaced.
I didn't have the original box the keyboard came in, so I had buy a box from Staples, cut up said box into different pieces to Frankenstein a box big enough for the keyboard. Then I had to go to a UPS station at local CVS to ship it to them. It took 3 weeks before I got a new one back.
Then... THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM OCCURED TWO MONTHS LATER. This time it was the "A" key not only working sometimes. The WASD keys are essential for gaming, and this overpriced piece of junk broke TWICE with two different keyboards.
Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage.
