I purchased this from Best Buy This is a beautiful laptop and there is alot to like BUT the laptop crashes (blue screens, freezes) alot. I would be very cautious of buying it. I created a video reviewing it going into detail about the issues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPmeV8PFOus

Unfortunately useless after just 8 months. Beginning to try to initiate an RMA with razer but for more than $2000 this is beyond unacceptable. The trackpad completely stopped being able to click properly.

    Better than my MacBook Pro

I have been a long time Apple Mac user (MacBook Pro, Mac mini, MacBook) and recently had a need to move back to Windows. I wanted something that could be for both work and play and this seems to be fitting the bill. I had tried in the past with a SurfaceBook 2 and a MSI laptop, but they just wren't there yet. So far I have had no complaints with this laptop. I saved myself some money though. I bought this laptop as an open-box certified deal, swapped out the 32GBs of RAM I had installed in my Mac mini and installed a 1TB SSD into this laptop. Needless to say its fast and should be "future-proof" for a while. The hardest part was waiting for the recovery boot to be made and then installed; YouTube has plenty of videos to show how. This laptop looks and feels as premium as my 2018 15" MacBook Pro w Touch Bar. Except it has no Touch Bar. But it does have a nicer (RBG) keyboard and the Windows Hello camera has worked lightning fast and flawless for me so far. The only downsides I have found so far are: -The Up arrow is next to the right Shift key making that a little awkward. -I'm still used to macOS and the Close, Minimize, Expand buttons are on the left; now they are on the right for Windows (but that's not a laptop issue) I recommend this laptop if you are on the fence; especially since you can upgrade it so easily (even though it's good just as it comes). And this color hides fingerprints.

The Perfect Replacement for My MacBook Pro

I have been thinking about buying a Razer Blade laptop for a number of years, but I didn't love the look of the black model so I never pulled the trigger. I have been using a Mac for over a decade and was excited that Razer finally came out with this Mercury edition that has similar ascetics to the MacBook Pro. This laptop is perfect for gaming, video editing, and Photoshop work. The performance and number of ports is much better than my MacBook Pro and the build quality far surpasses the plastic construction of other Windows laptop brands.

    Razer fan for life

By far the best computer I have ever owned. Handles any graphics coming its way. 3 years of hard use, back and forth to work, schlepping all over the country and still going strong. Run, do not walk, to buy this computer. (And Razer has a chat feature with support that is cool if you do need it.)

Omgosh, the keyboard kills this laptop.

If you're a touch typer, don't get this laptop because the keyboard will make you crazy. That right shift key makes it so error prone and always when you least expect it. Don't believe that you can "get used to it" and don't believe the non touch typers that tell you otherwise. Go into the store and type on it yourself if you do a lot of typing/copy and you'll go insane at the multiple errors this machine will cause! Save some stress! DO NOT BUY!
