It’s a great laptop, quality is excellent, I love the metal frame and the track pad is superb. The screen is gorgeous and at 240hz games are crystal clear and smooth. The RGB keyboard functionality is great and there many color/brightness/lighting effects to play with. The optical keyboard-not a big fan. It is loud and if you play games or type near other people (like your partner/spouse on the couch together as they watch TV) you will likely get looks and sighs as the “clickety clickety” annoys them. The keyboard has a loud “click” with each press. Some people may like that, but not for me. A minor issue though as once you’re engrossed in your game you probably won’t notice it especially if you wear headset/headphones. Like any laptop of this size, it does get hot. If you play advanced games (I play mainly WoW, SC2, WC3RF) it will get really hot. I would suggest a cooling pad, even more so if you play for extended periods of time. Be careful if you place this on your lap/bare skin directly it can burn you. For the price I think a 1TB SSD should have come with it, 512GB is a bit small when you’re talking $2500+. Also, I think the power port should be in the backside of the laptop, makes sitting easier as you don’t have to figure out how to drape the power cord if have to sit on the side opposite of the plug. One final suggestion, a third USB port. A mouse and headset take up the two provided, for an ultra mobile laptop a third USB port would allow for enhanced productivity and connections on the go (such as charging/syncing a phone, connecting an external drive etc). A minor issue, if you’re at home you can always use an adapter or bring an adapter with you if you require one. I’m not thrilled with the Max-W Nvidia cards, I think they are too under-powered. This isn’t a Razer issue as most manufacturers are using them in their ultra thin laptops. I would prefer a regular RTX 2070 with a slightly larger/thicker rig than a super thin but underpowered rig for $2500+ (Yeah that brings up cooling issues and a whole other box of worms). But oh well. If you are hardcore and play very graphics intensive games you may want to consider the RTX 2080 Max-Q, wait for the newer Max-Q Super cards or get a larger laptop with a regular card installed. The RTX 2070 Max-Q is largely good enough for me. The onboard speakers sound fine to me. I have played a few games without headphones and they sound good. These are laptop speakers so they won’t blow you away, but they sound clean, crisp. I generally play with A gaming headset though so my experience using the speakers at length is limited. Overall very happy with this Razer laptop and with Razer products in general. The customer service they provide is top-notch too.

So Far, this laptop has been great, light, and portable as expected from a Razer laptop with all the power of a decently powerful gaming desktop. I purchased this mainly for CAD work in college as I needed a dedicated GPU for rendering, and this device works perfectly. The 240hz screen is fantastic, even browsing your files is now a buttery smooth viewing experience. The optical keyboard though not quite as I expected the typing experience is overall very good with satisfying keystrokes. I only wish the critical spacing was tighter. I wanted to gives this 4.5 stars only because of the weird battery management windows does on this laptop, but overall, when not stressing the Blade, I quickly hit 6ish hours of use. Overall, Id highly recommend.
