Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was uncomfortable to wear and was unable to check sound quality because it says you need to register product in Razer app to be able to install the driver. I don't even bother registering products for Razer anymore because most of the time it says invalid code for different Razer products.

Not for me.

The surround sound works well, the headset is comfortable and I love the customisable colors!

My misunderstanding
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im sure the headset is fine and works properly and is acurately priced.. I made the mistake of not doing enough research about the product and bought without realizing the usbc/usb connection and not headphone jack which the ps5 controller only accepts. You can plug the mic straight in the console but is not ideal for me personally! The review is based off my negligence not the product quality.
