Customers are enthusiastic about the Wolverine Ultimate controller's high-quality build, ease of use, and customizable features, frequently praising its comfortable feel and appealing RGB lighting. However, some users reported issues with stick drift and button responsiveness, while others found the wired connection and paddle placement less than ideal. The controller's size also received mixed reviews, with some finding it too large or too small for their hands. Overall, the positive feedback on the controller's design and feel is tempered by concerns about its durability and ergonomics.

Still the best pro controller on the market. For those scared of the placement of the back buttons, Don’t be. Hands down, this is the most ergonomic back button design. my fingers can easily rest on all four back buttons at once and I have never experienced any strain. If you have very small hands or giant hands I can see these being uncomfortable but for the majority of people this should be the go-to controller for fast paced fps
I still have zero stick drift and the controller works just as well as the day I got it. I highly recommend adding grip tape to the top two back buttons and you’ll be sweatin’ through every lobby

It was a great controller. I play comp so wired really makes a difference. Only downfall is the analog sticks tend to drift after heavy use but thats to be expected

It's a bit expensive but feels great. The extra shoulder buttons feel great especially for reloading in fps games. If you take the time to get used to the layout you will up your game for sure like I feel I have. I did have to return my first one as it got drift very quickly, however it feels way better than my past controllers. Biggest con is the price.

I use it on my PC. Nice features, a lot of back buttons. Just what I needed.
I had to return the first I bought due to bad stick drift on both sticks. The replacement is good, but still has minor stick drift on the right stick which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.
P.S.
If you use kontrolfreeks, you need to buy the PS4/5 kontrolfreeks b/c the Xbox ones are too small for this controller.

Surprised by the quality and modifications in the button layout. I also own the elite 2 controller for the xbox and i find the wolverine to be lighter. I purchased it due to sway issue with the elite 2 (which i sent off to Microsoft for repair) the only thing really that i prefer on the elite 2 at this point is the grip texture but besides that im starting to prefer the wolverine over it for my gaming needs.

Good Quality, very responsive, and love how you can switch profiles on the fly. the things that I dislike are that you cant set a button to do what you want, you can only change it to replace existing buttons, the app you use to set it up its a little bulky because you have to use the controller to navigated and the lights donot match other razer keyboard or mouse.

I bought this controller because i was having trouble with the new Xbox controllers on pc. They would randomly drop wireless connectivity sometimes snd some games that i had used the old Xbox one controllers on no problem began giving me issues when i switched to the new Xbox controllers. I also could not find a new Xbox elite controller for sale from any retailer. So the price for this controller tends to vary a lot especially in the last few months so make sure you’re checking around for a price match before you purchase. As of the date of this review this controller is $50-$60 cheaper than the Xbox elite controller
Ok so I’m going to start with the cons first. I use this for PC , and the wire is super super long so it’s kind of a nuisance. This controller also has some features like the mute button for example that are better suited for console and i also don’t utilize all of the extra buttons. I really think if you’re a PC player you’ll do just fine with the Wolverine tournament edition or the Wolverine v2 for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t pay full retail $140-$160 for this unless i was a console player who didn’t mind having a wired controller. The protection plan is also pretty pricey but i ordered it anyways so at this point i could’ve bought 2 tournament editions for the price of an ultimate condition w/protection package. The app that you use to adjust the controller settings isn’t the greatest to use but works fine on pc.
Pros- interchangeable d pads and analog sticks are great to give you more options. I love the trigger adjustment and the case that the controller comes in is super super nice. I actually bought one of these for myself and 2 for friends because i liked it so much and they were on sale. I LOVE the RGB lighting. It is subtle but just provides a little better sight of the controller in a dark room. After a couple of games you will get used to the controller and resume normal pwning activities. I tend to like razer products but they will only honor warranty repairs from authorized retailers that’s why i purchased new off bestbuy. Overall 4.5/5 stars due to lack of being wireless and the razer controller app not being that great

Lots to like, some major flaws.
+Great ergonomics, quality feel
+clicky buttons are responsive
+analogs are smooth and solid. Clicking R3, L3 feels spot on
---the dpad solution in this controller has no excuse. Reminds me of the X360 dpad, almost useless.

Was hoping the extra buttons could be programmed in the games I play - they cannot. They can only be mapped to other buttons already on a typical controller.
Other than that, it is much better quality than other controllers I've used. Worth the value if you get it half off, like I did.

This controller is tough! I'm rough on controllers I really be getting into games. I'm better at games cause of this controller seriously! I understand its expensive but tot worth it! I have small hands and it feels just a bit big for me so understandable, but this thing is on another level with buttons they click lol almost like a gaming mouse but better once you get use to this thing you won't ever go back i promise!!!!!

Good controller and good rgb. Nonetheless, the back paddles are way too far from your fingers (they are placed right in the middle) in comparison with the elite controller and can be hard sometimes to pres them. Pro is that the buttons have the exact same click like mouse buttons
