Good product, does the job, believe its wii fii compatible but havent had time to do with our dot & cools living room & kitchen in our mobile home that we were looking for. Wish the price was better but had to jump on when comparing with others cuz i know how quick they up the rates once it gets hot & couldnt get price match off but ok with it.

Bought for use in a top floor apartment where it get's extra hot. That was before this baby went to work. Like opening the freezer. Quiet enough and yet powerful enough. Not too heavy for installation or removal either. Great unit.

Good quality air conditioner. Not too loud. Has remote control. Cools the room well and has economy setting too.

It’s amazing and gets the job done . I’ll say the only problem I have with this is that it can be loud if running high but what a/c isn’t loud . All in all does what it’s made to do for 2 rooms and a living room 70* Fahrenheit 24/7 all day and runs like it’s new after 2 years

I like the power of this air conditioner. The best feature is the remote and power saver settings. The unit will shut down at the setting temp or the fan continues until it needs to cool at the settings you set. Easy to use. I would of rated it a 5 if the air flow adjustment was able to split right and left at the same time.

Overall I do this air conditioner 4.4 Stars but it's not as quiet is it said in the advertisement it's really quite loud to have in my living room but that being said it does do a good job of cooling Myspace maybe we can think of this as

This unit cools down my entire downstairs and I originally thought I would need 2. The down side is that it is very loud. It drives me nuts because I cannot hear anyone in the other room when this is on high.

I love this A/C....It cools the whole apartment and that's with a basic temp between 72 and 74....It's so easy and simple to use and you feel results immediately...

The product arrived extremely damaged. However after installation and seeing that it still worked the damage didn’t seem to be such a big deal. The only thing I have to complain about is the vents where the air comes from was damaged too and it does sound pretty loud.

This window unit is great for 2 or 3 (12 x20) size rooms. Good energy saver with automatic on and off timer. Get the job done for me.

So far, this AC has been amazing!! It cools off the whole front of my apartment....living room, kitchen and the area surrounding. I love it

It's a little loud. For a 12000 BTU, it doesn't cool as well as other 12000 BTU I've owned.

It appears to be in a mildly damaged box. Item shows no significant wear or tear. Yet to see if it is working.

Easy install. Much better comfort than swamp cooler. Thinking of a second for the garage.

Summer in the South with a Hot 2nd story room. It works just fine. I was able to install myself.

Very powerful fan helps the very cool air much faster.
