    They stuck in there until everything worked right.

    Part of my installation included reprogramming my Logitec remote. It was fine when the first installers left, but there was an issue with the TV that reared its ugly head that evening. They sent another team out to deal with that, however, an issue with the soundbar showed up (yet again) after they left. So, they sent a 3rd team out and they ended up checking online to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing, and found a solution to it. It's been working perfectly ever since. The installation was to put my flatscreen on the wall, which as you can see in the photo was done expertly.

    The installer Alan was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and professional in all ways. The first time Alan installed Our Samsung 55” tv he did exactly what he should have, making t.v. Level with ceiling, however afterwards we saw our t.v. was uneven with the furniture below it , and it needed to be adjusted. . Alan explained to us that our floors were not even with ceiling and in order to fix this problem we need to purchase a mount that wasn’t stationary but can be adjusted. We agreed and bought a much better one and Alan returned once again to install new bracket,. He methodically installed new bracket and adjusted the t.v. So that t.v.was even with furniture and not tilted like our floors in living room, which we truly didn’t know, at the time. Please note that your installer Alan did absolutely nothing wrong with the first install and we apologized for having him come back. He was extremely polite, very neat and helpful, even took the time to answer many questions about our new t.v. As I know Best Buy is a terrific store and the geek squad is wonderful to my biggest disappointment is that we finally have a perfect t.v. Installation but our brand new Samsung 55” t.v. Stopped working and now we have to return and replace it. Hopefully when we do that we hope once again get your Geek squad employee Alan as he truly an asset to Best Buy.     The agents installed our TV and made sure EVERYTHING was working the way it should and Tharp we knew how to work everything. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and just plain wonderful. Customer Service is alive & well @ Best Buy!!

    Edward and Ishmael were at my place a few weeks ago. I had a Samsung sound bar that wasn't working properly, They disconnected it and replaced it with a different Samsung sound bar. They were very professional, experienced, showed great customer service skills, and quickly installed the new sound bar. Everything was fine until a few days later when the sound bar stopped working. I called them and they came the following Sunday. They explained that since my television is about 4 or 5 years old, it may sometimes lose connection with the s/b. They unplugged the tv, plugged it back in and connection was achieved again. You are fortunate to have these two great employees who are also very knowledgeable. Thank you, Dennis Strawn

    Mark C, originally arrived at my home to deal with the issues I had with my TV & Audio system. I had some questions after he left the first time and he persevered thru 3 more visits to my home as well as several phone calls to solve all my issues. I am satisfied at his expertise and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone looking for great Geek squad service. I did have to wait a long time to get service but realized Mark is in demand.

    Edward from the geek squad home entertainment systems was the best tech we have ever had in all of the Best Buy/ magnolia stores. Edward, along with Omar, and the guy that does the programming , were all very professional, helpful, courteous , and very knowledgeable. Please make sure that Edward and the other techs get some sort of recognition- thank you

    This was a follow up appointment to redo calibration of the speakers in a 5.1 surround system using the software available in the receiver. This was not donne at the original installation and rear speaker performance was not adequate.

    David West and his team installed my Sonos sound bar to my tv and set up the Sonos app on my phone , he made sure i was confident in using it , answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I have used Geek squad before and this was by far the best experience i have had with this service , will highly recommend David and his team to anyone interested in using the Geek squad.

    The agents completed the removal of my old tv and the mounting of the new tv, an LG GX 77, in a timely manner. They hooked up my Sonos equipment and I am very pleased with the result. Josh, the lead, suggest I use a different, extension cord for the TV/Sonos. He even came back later to run it behind the wall! Very Clean.

    Geek squad came and replaced my sound bar @ no cost. Also gave me good info on it's use as well as disconnecting a wire which I apparently didn't need. Have had no problems since.Appreciated their respect for our health as they had on masks and their willingness to take the time to go into a little more detail with problems that could arise and how to handle them.

    Zac, the installer, went to extra trouble to exchange my original purchase for a TV better suited to my already existing TV stand. In addition, he provided excellent instruction regarding how to use the smart TV together with my Blu-Ray. Due to my error, he had to make a second trip, to re-explain -- all done with infinite patience and courtesy.

    These guys are pros. They’ve installed my TV. This review is for the soundbar mounting. The position I wanted it installed in didn’t allow for it to be properly mounted. I was advised to purchase the RocketFish soundbar bracket after Geek Squad tried installing the Samsung Soundbar on the wall under my TV. Turned out great and now the sound bar is always perfectly positioned at the center of my TV.

    My TV was mounted with sound bar on wall. Sound bar keeps going off & back to TV sound. I now know how to switch it back thanks to Geek Squad but why is this reoccurring I should not have to do this. Wonder if it’s not set up correctly. Also when switching from Netflix to TV I get no signal also learned how to fix. Have app’t in after Covid over hopefully these issues will be resolved.

    Sorted out universal remotes

    The guys once again sorted out my universal remotes - and unfortunately said I needed to buy one that cost $300 to make it work right. I only bought these ones at Best Buy last year so they will have to make do for now. Your Geeks are wonderful.

    Geeksquad installed my security cameras

    My initial install date was in May they came and spent eight+ hours. Got three cameras installed. It took one month before they return to install the rest of them. They did do a good job showing us how to work the security system. They did compensate for the month delay as well.

    Trackpad charging

    The tracking pad I was bought was the right one, but the cord provided was not. The tech showed me how else I could charge the track pad. I thought it would take forever. It took seconds.

    Geek Squad installed a moveable TV Mounting Bracket in my home which required a subsequent adjustment. Geek Squad returned free of charge and handled the adjustment very professionally.
