Took my vehicle to have auto starter install. It took exactly the amount of time they say it does about 3hrs. Very knowledgeable install tech excellent job.

Upon installation I was disappointed to find out that its required to purchase a yearly service from Viper to even use the remote start. No where in the product description is this noted (hint hint Best Buy). The installation staff was exceptional; however, had I known there was an additional yearly cost, I would have returned and went with a different model prior to installing.

I had the system installed at the Highland Best Buy on Monday, Jan 29, 2018. So far it it working well and I don't have any complaints.
