I bought this as a gift and set up installation. The installer called on several occasions to move up the appointment time. He also advised us on getting a different device in advance because the one we purchased was the wrong model for her vehicle. That saved alot of hassle.

My remote start is the best gift my children could have given me and the installers at Best Buy were amazing! I live in an apartment complex and do not have a garage. With my remote start I am able to get into a warm car when the temps outside are bitter cold.

Geek squad called me with a opening for a Installation one week earlier than scheduled, took it, only took few hrs to get one, remote starter is working flawlessly, very impressed with them being pro active and performing the service a week ahead of schedule.

Scheduling my time on the bay for installation was so easy and smooth. Lot so of options and great flexibility from the techs to match my schedule! The techs were super polite and very attentive, and walked me thru the usability of the remote start step by step!

LOVE the remote start! I don't have to get in a cold car. I don't have to worry about the doors freezing shut. I don't have to stand in the cold scraping ice from the windows. Great purchase. Geek squad installed in about an hour and a half. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had a remote start installed in a vehicle. The price of install was included in the purchase price of the starter as a package deal. Time was taken by the technician to explain and demonstrate all functions. I found the technician to be kind and professional.

They were clear. My car needed some extra parts and some extra time and were clear in telling me that it needed some extra time. Once the service was done, the quality was great and it worked perfectly.

Got has a Birthday gift and just love it! Installation process at Best Buy was fast and efficient. Just remember to leave heat and fan on & seat heaters on before you leave car. Like light on remote that lets you know car has started even if you can't see it!

I have had bad experience with some of the Bestbuy service centers in the past but I had very good experience with the 1 @ west nyack,NY.....very courteous / professional technicians.....

This is a great buy. It was a surprise for my husband for his birthday, and the Geek Squad was amazing at getting it installed when we needed it done. The range on the remote start is fantastic, and it is very user friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The one issue I have with this model is just the one way communication. I prefer two way communication because you don't have to hope your vehicle starts if you can't see it from where you try and start it.

My installer, John Morris, was terrific. When I called for installation he scheduled me for the next day. He was very polite and told me how to run my device (a remote starter). He even helped me find my cell phone when I misplaced it!

I had an appointment at 2 pm i showed up early because of the pending storm. They happily started the job. Not only did the job quickly they did it well. It was set on 15 min i asked if they could change it to 30 min and they knocked it out while I waited.

the service from the geek squad was good. but it took 3-4 hours to install the starter. Best buy should have coffee/water at the waiting room.

I ordered this device for my mother's Toyota Camry. She was excited that she can start her car from inside her house. Now, I have to get a part for the trunk to open (its not included).

Caught a great sale on a remote starter. Dropped of vehicle to get it installed. Took a bit longer than expected but will not think of that when we get in a cool car over the next several months.

Haven't had too much time to use the remote starter but seems to work ok. When close to the car, it starts the car right away but I've noticed it takes much longer from a distance.

Good service, had my remote starter installed, they did a good professional job. Only complaint is that they told me about a $150 additional charge after I dropped my car off. 2013 Subaru Forester.
