It was easy to set up the instructions were pretty good for an old man like me I was able to set it up get it going installed first time out of the box with no problems whatsoever. The unit has stayed up the suction cup has held well not a problem in the world would recommend it to anybody as a great purchase.

I've always been a HUGE fan of Best Buy. Please don't let this review reflect on them. Just because one of the employees who allow this filth to meet its Customers, doesn't mean the whole company is bad. I believe in the Customer Service. That Said... I'm not sure when this product was made, but the screen looks and acts like a cheap 2004 LCD. The firmware is over 3 years old, and the only way to update the device is to visit a minimalist "Foreign?" website that only loops a dozen QnA pages. Downloading the updated firmware doesn't work, because i7 paired with a solid state drive isn't cool enough for early 00's tech.

Bought it as a gift for my mother so she didn't have to worry about her car and losing it in an accident.

Well designed and easy to install. Am using it to protect my car & me in case of an accident.

I got this camera originally to have protection against fraudulent claims. In the time I have had it, I have ran into several close calls, and though I have not had to use any footage to prove anything yet, it just reaffirms how common accidents are.

this is my second dash cam. this one is the much better , very easy to install and operate. also easy to download the videos to my laptop wish the limit for the memory card is greater than 32 Gs over all highly recommended product.
