The BBY-R4-RD dash cam delivers excellent all-around coverage with clear front, rear, and interior video, day or night. Installation was easy, and the wide-angle lenses capture everything around the vehicle. The built-in radar is a standout — helpful for parking and detecting nearby movement without false alerts. Reliable recording, parking mode, and simple app access make this a solid, worry-free upgrade for safety and security. Highly recommended.

I’ve become very familiar with Rexing products over the last five years or so.. and I’ve had several of their dashcams, as well as other products.. all have done the job expected of them.. I think what sets the R4-RD apart from the others is the built in OBD hardwire kit and the gps/ wifi.. earlier versions didn’t have these features as stock.. so, I really like the new R4-RD .. it does exactly what is expected of it, which in turn makes me feel secured..

And other good Rexing product, is my 3st dashcam, good quality and easy installation. Cover every angle.

This dash cam has been excellent from day one. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it’s been reliable every time I’ve used it. The video quality is clear, the 360° coverage is a huge plus, and having an app to easily view and manage footage makes everything super convenient. Overall, a great all-around dash cam that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Exactly what I needed. I love all the camera angles. Placed it in my crew cab truck so I could get a view out the windows and it picks up great image. Clear enough image to see what’s going on. Radar motion sensors is a cool extra feature that’s a plus but not something I’ll be checking often. Overall great package. 

This is installed on a SUV. It is bigger than my other dash cam because it has 4 channel recording and a wide angle, very helpful on a bigger car! It records clearly night and day and has sensors and GPS. A great product from Rexing.

Great quality camera that offers better coverage, especially if you are driving in places like California. The app is quite reliable as well. Seller is communicative and helpful when I have questions.

I've been using Rexing products since 2019. They've never let me down and this is the next one on the list. works perfectly! The app is seamless - thats the best part.

I love that this has a built in screen for viewing the camera angles, recorded footage and settings. This comes with a wiring harness and memory card. I wish the memory card was larger and GPS was built in instead of being a separate unit. I am not sure that the side cameras will give full 360 degree recording, but they definitely record a lot. Overall I am satisfied.

The cameras themselves are very clear and do a great job. I love the movable side cameras that can record outside or inside the car. Note, the sides are black and white recording when it is dark. I had to order a separate hardwire kit and quality SD card, so plan for another $100. I don't love the app. This is where they could really improve. Having to connect to the camera via its wifi is super annoying. My home wifi takes over and bumps me off, so I have to forget my home network to stay connected long enough or simply not be at home. So, if you have a network your device auto connects to, this can be frustrating. It would be cool if it could connect to other wifi in addition to having its own. That way I could sit in my house on my little laptop and do the things vs phone scrolling in my car. It also does this crazy thing where it thinks I am hacking my camera and locks me out simply by logging in. Because I only need to access the camera in rare "event" issues, the annoying app is fine. I'd choose this camera again. Best Buy did the install, so I can't speak to that, but I HIGHLY recommend you let Best Buy do it. They did a great job!

This is very advance camera with all around vision and high end picture quality. I was looking for something like this to install in my brand new Lexus TX-350 and happy with the purchase as easy installation and friendly app to access all the videos.

Pretty sweet cam! Great quality and I love that it is so easy to use and install. I feel safer with this and recommended it, especially if you drive a lot!

This dashcam is very good to capture all four sides, means 360 surround view. Picture quality is good. Only one thing I hate is that it does not come with memory card, you have to purchase it separately.

This is a very user friendly dashcam. Easy installation for first time user. It is a high end quality for this price. I will buy one more for my second car.

Picked this up mainly for the parking monitor and it’s been a really good upgrade so far. The Rexing R4-RD was pretty easy to set up and sticks firmly to the windshield. Video quality is nice and clear during the day and still solid at night. I like that it just runs in the background and you don’t really have to think about it. The wider view helps capture more of what’s going on around the car, which is exactly what I was looking for. The 360 motion parking feature is probably my favorite part. I had a situation in a parking lot recently where someone got a little too close, and it actually picked it up which was pretty reassuring. The app is decent too, lets you pull clips without messing with the card which is convenient. Only small thing is the screen is a bit on the smaller side, but honestly you don’t use it much anyway. Overall it’s been reliable and just gives that extra peace of mind. Definitely worth it if you want something simple that covers all the basics and then some.

I purchased 2 Rexing R4-RD Dash cams after one of my vehicles was involved in a hit-and-run, and had them installed a few days ago. Despite one camera failing to record after the SD card was inserted, both cameras are working fine. The video is clear, and the app is easy enough to use. I wish live feed or an alert system were included for the price, however, they still get the job done.
