No way to tell the battery level on the outside of the headset... Windows System sounds are unusually loud randomly after installing all drivers and such and I can't seem to find a fix for it. Otherwise. Fantastic headset. Overall sound quality for surround sound is much better with Dolby atmos support over the steelseries arctis 7.

Hands down the best gaming headphones I've purchased. The wireless connections works flawlessly with zero lag issues. They work on both my PC and PS4. Also works on Samsung phone with dongle. Didn't realize at first that a coupon for a free Dolby Atmos download was included with the headphones. As for comfort, they're awesome. All around great purchase.

I love this headset! They were a temporary replacement for a pair of Astro A50's that had the charging plug broken, but ended up just replacing them entirely! Don't get me wrong, the Astro's are a better sounding set, but not considering the additional cost. Bang for buck, these are hands down the best wireless set that I have tried,

I'm not too sure how well the mic works but sometimes friends on discord say I sound distant from the mic. I own some Sennheiser headphones and they do not match the quality.they have a good battery life and I can be in another room and they still work as for the range

This still is the most comfortable and best all around headset i've ever had. its SUPER comfortable and i have other Plantronics items due to the fact that they make headsets for 911 operators. However in less than a year (Purchased 04/24/19, Writing this 3/21/2020) the microphone has failed. I've spent hours trying to figure out what was going on only to eventually determine that the hardware itself has failed. I guess I would still recommend getting it as long as your ok with buying a replacement plan and swapping it out when it breaks. Disappointed in Plantronics since i went with this because the Logitech Artemis Snow i bought was 10x worse with software.

I Highly Recommend This Headset ! It has worked Great and has held up Amazingly well for my adult son who uses it Daily for almost 3 years now ! But it is just now getting worn and will need to be replaced.
