The developers put so much heart and effort into this game, you can tell by the environments they created, the music, and the story. It is all a gorgeous experience that seeks to envelop you in the environment of the island and pick your brain with puzzles. The raw emotion you feel is amplified by a terrific score and matches perfectly with each stage of the game. It was great, all of it.
Then there's the frame drops... My goodness... What on earth were the developers thinking releasing a game with compression issues that caused the game to jerk around the entire time? It makes me want to cry. Such a gorgeous immersive game deserved better from the development team. Had this not been an issue, I would have given the game a full 5 stars.
This being said, I would still highly recommend playing the game despite the frame drops. I just hope that one day they will release a path that fixes the constant frame drops.
