Peace of mind and reliable. Long battery life so far. Have charged about once a month since installing 2 months ago. She has ATT 4G home Internet, and no issues viewing her camera remotely. I've had the Pro model in my home along with the Ring security system for over 3 years. Very happy with all Ring cameras and security systems.

With the new one the camera is upgraded, with a larger field of vision and sharper focus. I would recommend!

I wanted a little more piece of mind and to be notified about packages being left on my porch and the ring doorbell delivers! Installation took less than 30 minutes with easy to read instructions. The app is very user friendly and you have a wide variety of settings to adjust to your needs! If you’re on the fence, just buy it!

Works great, cool that you are notified even when you are not home. I highly recommend this model. Buy a few extra batteries with the charger. Battery last me about 2-3 weeks before notification to recharge. I have two spares charged at all times.

The camera catches evrything you need to see and hear. You also get random notifications of things in your neighborhood of others who own the cameras and they ask of lost dogs found and power outages and so much more.

My son-in-law recommended that I try the ring battery doorbell. So glad I did, we r loving it!! The picture is awesome. Even at night the picture is so clear. I will recommend this to anyone that is looking for the best video doorbell.

If you live in a cold region be sure to get the trickle charger! It works great and has kept the battery at 85% or better! The charger needs to be matched to device for compatibility, so make sure you know the Ring model, you don't have to buy from ring and other vendors have longer cords for plug in.

Battery life so far is great and already is being put to good use. Had a man make his way into their home “looking for someone”. They reported the man to the police and were able to use the video footage that looked and sounded great.

It sounds like your Ring Battery Doorbell Plus is not performing as expected. We would love the opportunity to share with you some troubleshooting steps that you can try to get your Ring Battery Doorbell Plus functioning as intended. It is important to ensure that you have the proper motion settings in place for your environment. This camera uses adjustable motion detection and runs on passive infrared sensors. The system identifies visitors via a moving heat signature and sends a notification to your smart device when one is detected. You can adjust three preset motion zones and their distances under the "Motion Settings" tab on the device's page in the Ring app. Additionally, you can choose how often the camera checks for movement in those predefined zones via the "Motion Frequency" setting. If you find that your camera is missing some motions, please set the motion frequency to "Frequently."
Notification delays are often related to wifi connection or mobile device variables. A delay of under six seconds is expected due to signal fluctuation. To learn more about your device's signal strength, follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Select the Ring device you would like to test.
Tap on the Device Health tile.
Scroll to Signal Strength under the Network section.
The green, amber, and red colors are indicators of your device connection. Green is good; red is poor.
